After the bartender straggled with my boyfriend and I’s ID’s for a very long time(we’re both of age), he decided it was okay for us to drink. I wish not because the drinks were sour and gross. Felt like I was in a downgraded Dave and busters.

Every year I come here when I go to the boardwalk for dinner. This place is fun and has live music. The food is great but is a little burned every time I go but it isn’t bad. Inside the place it looks fun and there is also a bar. I really like this place and will continue to come every year.

Underrated slice of pizza, also raw bar very good, walked right past it, they should promote it better. Their bar staff is friendly and good but note to the management — hire more bartenders! had to wait a loooooooooooong time because they had a decent crowd there. Two bartenders on a wednesday and a thursday with a ton of people there. get it together, management! For what you charge you can afford to help the help! Some of the other food was just Ok, but overall a solid stop on the boardwalk. The Elvis show is worth the trip alone on wednesdays. The staff seemed annoyed by him but the crowd was there for Elvis — lighten up folks! everything i’ve had on the front grill this summer has been very good. the other choices on the other side … not so hot. Also — out of date beer list, and some of the better beers tasted like they don’t get much use or the taps aren’t cleaned enough. One last thing — you have not been there since 1956 or whatever the sign says! I think this place opened in 2002! Anyway, top notch entertainment. The Piano man is also good, pretty weak DJ there last Friday… overall a fun spot in a great location. Spend some of that benny money on extra bartenders! you’ll make more money!

This place is cafeteria/food court style. Different counters for different types of food. There are counters for pizza, seafood, sandwiches/panini’s, sushi, fries/burgers, etc. There is a huge bar in the middle of the restaurant. Great layout in a fun, lively setting. Very friendly wait staff. My friends ordered a mushroom & Mozzarella Panini & a chipotle chicken wrap. Portions were huge so they shared & they all enjoyed it. I ordered Tuna Tar tare from the Sushi counter & it was delicious. The tuna, guacamole, cucumbers, & seaweed were all very fresh & it was served in a Martini glass. That was my lunch & it was very filling. My friends took bites of it & loved it. They wanted to return on a Sunday to order it but they weren’t open yet. So yes, we would definitely return.

I LOVE sushi, so of course I was hesitant to order from a bar on the beach. However, it was fantastic! As was the spicy mayo which is a deal breaker for me. The bartenders are also awesome and I loved the laid back crowd. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I wish they had more fans going to cool the place off.

I came here with a couple girlfriends before heading down to the beach for a concert. The steamed flame served with lemon and butter were fantastic. The shrimp cocktail was also very good. I ordered a coconut shrimp salad which appeared more appetizing on the menu’s description than the appearance of what came out,(although it still tasted just fine although nothing to brag about). They serve everything on plastic plates which certainly«dresses down» the presentation, but hey, it’s a beach restaurant! This place is good if you want more than«bar food» while you’re on a boardwalk. For a busy day, the service was very good. I would go back if I’m down at the shore again.

Jimbo’s Roll was amazing! I really like the sushi and the Bartenders really know how to mix a drink! I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff here make you feel super welcomed and can engage in any type of conversation. They are very knowledgeable about their food and specials offered. Wow!!!

This place was awesome compared to EJ’s just down the way. The bartenders here know how to mix drinks, as far as one reviewer said about a long island iced tea being made with low grade alcohols, I have never seen a bar use top brands for a long island unless you ask them to. That’s because it adds about 2 dollars to the price. Even here in the Harrisburg area of PA a top shelf long island will run you 9 dollars. If you get it here like I did its like 12, but its worth it! You have to keep in mind this drink is made with 5 or 6 types of liquor depending on the where you are. I also was happy to see I could get many types of beer and Disaronno here. EJ’s had neither a good selection of beers nor mid to high grade liquors. Nor sure of the food because I didn’t eat here. I was looking for good drinks, and they have em!

Me and my fiancé enjoyed our first lunch here. We had chicken fingers, and cheesy fries. Simple but oh so good! Fun little place right on the boardwalk. Loved our first experience. Friendly customer service. Can’t wait for summer to roll by again.

I was very disappointed with jimbos. I paid $ 7 for a drink that was all juice. When I approached the blonde bartender she said«our juice is strong» and refused to fix it. We are here with a group and are headed to spiceys where we were treated with respect and not to mention they are packed. Will not spend any more money here.

This is my second time eating at Jimbo’s. I ordered the ribs and they were pretty good. my wife ordered the shrimp cocktail and she was happy with it. the drinks were a different story. The Long Island Ice Teas were too sweet and they used cheap alcohol. The service was ok, I’d say they were trying but I’ve had much better.

You don’t come here for the food. It’s the jersey shore so chances are you already have a favorite spot that you like(assuming you’ve been here before). The food is ok. It’ll fill it’s purpose of soaking up alcohol and keeping your stomach from growling. They have a great happy hour with pretty damn good prices. The drinks though are another matter. To say they’re watered down is an understatement. I get a better buzz from NyQuil. The bar staff is great and makes u stay a little longer than u probably should but they should really start putting actual liquor in the drinks.

Food was terrible. Ordered a vanilla milkshake… seriously tasted like plain milk. Water was tap. Fries were cold. Only good part was the live entertainment and the guy playing the Caribbean steel drum. Would not recommend for a quick boardwalk meal.

We came here on a Beautiful Saturday afternoon and since we got to the beach a little late we stopped at the first sit down Resturant that we saw. Needless to say that it’s kinda of like a cafeteria with numerous amount of restaurants all under on roof. Our server was very sweet and attentive. She make sure our food came out promptly and our drinks were always filled. She asked if we needed anything each time she passed. I would of gave her alone four — five stars. I believe her name was Jamie. But I could be wrong. Anywho, lets get back to the food. The Pizza was definitely a FAIL!!! The cheese and the toppings basically fell off the breading as soon as you picked it up! And the green peppers and onions were raw!!! Definitely not kid friendly! Well not my kids at least! The wings were pretty good. Probably the best out of everything we ordered. They were fried perfectly with just the right amount of breading and flavor. The chicken fingers were okay nothing special to mention. The fries were pretty good. But than again I could eat cold fries and still say their good. I won’t add the oysters and cheeseburger in this review because I didn’t taste them to write about them. Overall, I’m kinda upset that I didn’t walk a little further to look for another Resturant. Everything that we ordered we had at least half or more left over and didn’t even bother to take it to go. Mind you we were all starving by the time we stopped here. Overall, I would say that a $ 80.00 lunch including tip was a little pricey for something that didn’t satisfy our hunger. And I won’t be returning back to this Resturant in the near future.

This is your typical boardwalk bar. The beer prices were reasonable, as was the food. Thai chili calamari was excellent. Took a bit long to get the bartenders attention to start off, but afterwards, all service was prompt. I recommend it.

I’ve eaten here before with friends and the food is always good. I get a Philly cheesesteak and its great to me. I’m picky so I’ll just eat the cheesesteak, ketchup and bread. If that combination is great, then you’ve got a great CS. This particular visit got me a little upset. We ordered. Food was made in a reasonable time. We got fountain sodas and they tasted like water(I guess not enough syrup) and asked for a different drink. Got coke and it also tasted my water. Your mouth gets pretty dry with nothing to drink –_–

Horrible service. Our bartender was a nasty bitch to us for no reason. Did you ever hear of service with a smile? Food specials was ok. Beer specials was great $ 1 coors light. Sliders were soggy.
