Excellent brunch here. Delicious take on a BLT! Great potato salad. My dining partner’s omelette plus home fries were great. Eat outside and enjoy the ocean breezes. Fairly priced and delicious.

Awesome breakfast, homey atmosphere, good service. Home fries and waffles are excellent and breakfast meats are high quality. Owner is very sweet, and if you’re lucky you might get to see her two gorgeous golden retrievers if they’re in the yard on the side!

Friendly and prompt service with good food and portions. We chose to sit outside since the weather was great and it looked a little dark inside(maybe it was because I was used to how sunny it was that day). Our waitress was attentive. Prices are very reasonable and the location is less busy than the boardwalk. I would definitely come by again.

Bring your fly swatter. It was difficult to enjoy breakfast with the amount of flies in this joint, but the food was good and the prices were fair. The staff was friendly and we would go back in winter when the flies are gone.

3C’s is the place to go for the best breakfast on the island. All of their food is beyond delicious, but I can’t seem to stray from my regular. Their home fries are to die for! You’ll leave in a food coma, but you’ll be feeling happy, yet defeated.

Best taylor ham, egg and cheese on the island. Atmosphere needs some renovation but open kitchen is clean and impressive. Blueberry pancakes are for real. Like eating at your grandma’s house. Lines can be long during peat times so plan ahead and eat off hours.

Our food took a very long time. We were never offered a refill on our coffee. The waffles were delicious, the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was scrumptious, but the omelet was very sad and small. The cook was very amiable. We got the wrong food at first. But the kids meal was a good price and the adult meal was expensive. Great place to go for a kids meal though.

I can’t say much about this place as I only ordered a couple of blueberry pancakes and a cup of coffee. The placed was clean and obviously a family business because Mom and Pop came down(from their home upstairs I believe) to check in with their daughter(I believe) to see how the morning rush went and tell remind her to walk the dog later, etc. The daughter was very sweet and attentive to all the customers both inside and outside. There are nice, colorful picnic tables with umbrellas to sit outside. There was a specials chalk board outside that looked pretty interesting too. My food was good and the place was friendly, so, no question, I’ll be back again. Thanks!

Great food and service, in the summer it gets very busy, so you may have to wait but it is worth it! The prices are a little high, but most places in Seaside Park are pricey.

What a wonderful local place! The wait staff was pleasant to everyone(regulars and tourists alike), and the food was great! I love how a small diner had some uncommon menu items(crab benedict, anyone?) as well as the usual food items. I highly recommend this place when visiting the shore!

After reading reviews on Unilocal I decided to go here for breakfast. Waited about a half hour on a Friday right before Labor Day. Seated outside at a picnic table with another couple. The sun was pretty intense however the wait time for our actual food was even more intense! We were just about to complain after waiting over 45 minutes to eat & finally like a beacon of hope our food came out. The food thankfully overshadowed the hot sun & the long wait. I ordered a feta, spinach, & tomato omelet which was absolutely delicious and the home fries were moist. Rye bread perfectly toasted & the two pancakes I shared with my friend were great too. Be prepared to wait for breakfast however in the end it was well worth the wait!

Good breakfast, good service, at good price. We had four different meals and everything was delicious. Coffee was quite strong but probably what most people want after a late night of drinking. Outside seating included a doggie for entertainment /cleanup crew. We will definitely come back!

Every year we eat here multiple times. I always get a special on the blackboard. Last year they had lobster crab eggs Benedict and this year they have crab eggs Benedict. So delicious! Coffee is good too and it comes hot or iced!

You’re at the shore. You’re on vacation. You’re hungry. Why settle for a fancy meal or fast food when you have The 3 C’s? This place is, by far, the best brunch spot on the island. Period. We’ve been coming here for years and, although we’ve tried other breakfast joints, we just keep coming back to The 3 C’s. They(mostly) serve classic luncheonette food, with a huge exception. Egg sandwiches, omelets, killer pancakes and Belgium waffles are all staples for breakfast. For lunch, you’ll find cheeseburgers, BLTs, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Like I said, most of the time it’s pure, yummy luncheonette food. But if you’re NOT in the mood for greasy spoon food, they usually have an array of specials that make you think, «This is being served in a luncheonette?» Over the past years, they’ve had Crab Eggs Benedict, coconut shrimp over greens, homemade crepes, fresh mozzarella-tomato-basil omelets, and fruit stuffed french toasts. The specials vary day by day, depending on what they get, but it’s ALLDELICIOUS. I rarely have a bad meal here. Yes, it’s a hole in the wall. Yes, it’s a luncheonette. And yes, they serve your food without smiley gimmicks. But hey, like their newfound slogan states, «The 3 C’s — It’s Worth The Weight!»

Great place for breakfast or lunch. If you like waffles, Donna makes the best. Gail and Donna make you feel like family. I have been going here for over 10 years and it still one of the best places at the shore. I tell everyone you have to go and check it out. My favorite is breakfast, fried eggs or a omelet my favorite is port roll and cheese, and you must have the home fries they are what I truly love. Lunch is fantastic also they get very creative with their sandwiches. I am so happy they came back after Sandy, I would have cried if they did not reopen. I really love this place and I think Gail and Donna are the best.

Extremely slow service, especially for the small amount of people eating here. My French toast had eggshells in it and the home fries were bland also. My friend said her eggs were good, though. The service wasn’t too friendly either.

Like eating at grandmas beach house! This is the quintessential Jersey Shore breakfast! Breakfast is served all day. It is called a luncheonette and the lunch is superb!(see pictures) But breakfast is where it shines! I do not have a grandma with a breach house nor do I know who owns this just talking about the vibe here. if you are reading this and you live on the East Coast most likely you have been to Amish Country or at least the Reading Terminal Market to have Amish food in Philly. This is not Amish food I am just trying to paint a picture and draw your senses in to give you a little familiar taste of what to expect here. This is not snobbish gourmet food. This is farm fresh home made like grandma makes! The milk and half and half for the coffee was in the refrigerator right behind us and it said the name of the farm it was from! My hubby had a Turkey Club with farm fresh Turkey which I tasted, farm fresh bacon which I tasted, fresh green lettuce(not fake Iceberg) and Jersey tomatoes. If you have not had Jersey tomatoes you have not lived yet(I do not generally love tomatoes, I only love Jersey tomatoes.) But the high light of the meal was my Peach waffles. Fresh Jersey peaches from a farm so sweet I did not need syrup! The waffles were standard home made waffles. But the peaches were succulent! The ladies working there were charming and the location was wonderful! It is in Seaside Park. Seaside Park is a lovely quiet beach town. www.seasideparkonline.com/beach.html The ambiance was quaint and beachy! I am giving it 5 stars because other than Amish Country, it is hard to find straight from the farm fresh produce and meat. But more importantly the fresh fruit straight from a Jersey farm no sugary goo which those who read my reviews know I hate, and a real Jersey shore breakfast and Jersey shore vibe which we can’t get here in NYC, 5 stars! No reason to give them anything other than 5 stars! You can’t get this anywhere else! Those who read my reviews know I don’t hand out 5 stars easily! Life is better than death, I believe, if only because it is less boring and because it has fresh peaches in it. Thomas Walker

YAY! After reading the reviews I knew I had to try the waffle. And I’m so glad I did. As a person who has never been here before and thus had no pre-existing sentimental ties, and to boot, is a NJ native where diners are aplenty and breakfast food at any time of day is the norm, and whose family’s favorite Sunday tradition is «IHOP church»(no church, just ihop), I feel qualified to tell you: BEST. WAFFLE. EVER. Ahh, the waffle. Some burn you. Some make you way too crunchy. Some undercook you. But the 3 C’s make you perfectly, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and just a touch savory. You barely needed syrup. I shall return for you one day soon, my perforated love. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, which made the experience all the better. Everybody loved their breakfasts, even my nonchalant teenage brother. I think we found our new beach breakfast tradition!
