Authentic? I don’t think so. Enchilada sauce tasted more like ketchup and definitely came out of a can. Rice was cold and tasted like it was made yesterday. Sorry Casa del Sol, we won’t be back.

I hate to give bad reviews, but this just wasn’t good. They needed more staff today or something because we waited 15 minutes for even a greeting. The food came pretty fast, but it was cold! I’m usually into hole in the wall spots, but I wouldn’t ever come back here.

We ordered a TACO SALAD and a PLATE OF BEANS. Then waited and waited and waited and waited. (there were NO other customers there when we ordered). Finally our order came AFTER several others were served first. IT WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED and because of a diabetic issue, we HAD TO ASK FOR THE CORRECT ORDER.
We then waited another 30 minutes while several more customers got their food. Finally we realized we were BEING PUNISHED. I asked for a refund and the cash was basically slapped in my hand. We went to Taco Bell two blocks away and got the same thing for a third of the price in less than 5 minutes.

Mystery meat. Enchilada sauce from a can. Although it is a great restaurant if you like chips and pico de gallo… The lady working was sure nice but that didn’t help the food. Fingers crossed for no food poisoning!

Thank you Unilocal!Craving some good tacos we found this joint on Unilocal.Good tasting food, really nice portions and a good price with an awesome salsa bar (4 salsa) all very yummy. Skip all the other places and head over for a good meal. Serves breakfast too!

Good place to take the kids. Most things I the menu are super yummy! We LOVED everything we tried, except for the chicken enchiladas were just ok. I highly recommend it!

The food here is so good! So amazing. And the service is great too — cheerful, friendly and helpful. Roxy is devouring a tostada de shredded beef with two tacos de carnitas. To die for. I had the carve asada plate with a taco de pollo. We always stop here when welcome to the beach. Highest recommendation possible.

Came here based on the Unilocal reviews and we weren’t disappointed. There were a couple flies buzzing around but for some reason we didn’t care. The food was really good, the service was great, they were pretty cheap and they served Coke.
If we hit up Seaside again any time soon I’m sure we’ll be back!

I’m so glad I read Unilocal reviews before our trip to Seaside and decided to come here! It’s right next to another Mexican restaurant called Manzanita’s or the Mazatlan (?) and yes it does look like a little hole in the wall compared to it but it’s a fantastic one. The food had insanely fresh ingredients, it was delicious. Everybody loved what they got! The service was friendly and expedient and then prices were amazing. If you don’t know where to go in Seaside for a quick bite– go here! :)

We came here last year so we decided to try them again today. Got the super burrito with chicken. It was a good sized burrito, no way could I have eaten the king burrito.
I used one of the hot salsa and one med, both had good flavor. It really kicked up the burrito a notch.
Price was ok and the service was prompt and friendly. I do recommend them and I will be back.

Wow! I love hole in the wall Mexican joints, and this place delivered. We were all tired of overpriced seafood, so I saw this on Unilocal and made a command decision.
The super burritos are huge. Really. Huge. I got the chicken enchilada plate and it came with rice, beans and sour cream. My dinner was delicious and every one enjoyed the salsa bar.
They have a small dinning room with cramped booths, so don’t bring a big crowd.
But the food was excellent, the portions huge, free refills on soda and the price was right on!

Um amazing! Thank you so much for the amazing meal! Had the «baby sized burrito» I mean King Size Burrito, it was the size of a baby! Reading other reviews, we came prepared to split it. Had the steak, it was soooo good. Got the man cub the next size down for himself and that was huge too!
Filled with all the goodness you would expect in a tasty burrito of good quality, rice, beans, steak lettuce, sour cream etc. so good!
Service was friendly and in good humor. Thank you again for the tastiness and good service!

Great & clean environment. Great & speedy service. Great prices and portion sizes. The salsa bar was awesome. The food was delicious and the amount of food we got for what we paid was unbelievable. My wife and I ordered the King Burrito and a side of beans to share. We enjoyed every bite and took enough home for atleast another meal and a half!

Ordered Polo Asado, nachos, nachos salad and Enchiladas.
Very clean including the washrooms which are on the outside.
Nice condiment bar, filled with lots of delights.
A casual, relaxing mid afternoon fiesta after Cannon and Ecola beach.
