History

Established in 1953.

Located in the beautiful Monterey Bay area, our school has provided quality education to children of the Monterey Peninsula for several decades. All of our graduates go on to high school with a high percentage of them completing college and graduate work! We have alumni that represent doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, business owners, executives, and many more successful careers.

Accredited by the North American Division Commission on Accreditation, Accrediting Assoc. of SDA Schools, Colleges & Universities, The National Council for Private School Accreditation and The Commission on International and Trans-​Regional Accreditation.

Our teachers are state-​certified and have endorsements in multi-​subject education.

Sarah S.

Manager

The Principal at PAS since 2005, Sarah heads a staff that is highly qualified and state-​credentialed. She joined PAS as a graduate from La Sierra University with a MA in English. She is certified and has a Professional endorsement as both a Principal a multi-​subject Elementary teacher.

Sarah enjoys her teaching-​principal job. In addition to being the principal, Sarah also is the teacher for the multi-​grade 5 – 8 classroom. She also teaches a guitar class to the students every week!
