Shuttle Express

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We got off our ship after a fantastic cruise, checked into Shuttle Express where we had a reservation and now after an hour and a half we had to get a taxi, along with about 50 other people that had reservations. We even called the Shuttle Express office and were told we were next in line to be picked up but we’re not. The man running the show at the dock, I think named Wes was a very rude man, should not be working with the public.
Best thing to do is just take a taxi or van.
Again I recommend, do not use this company.

WASTE OF TIME!!! Shorthanded at the counter and long wait times. They are very disorganized. It is difficult to hear your name being called. My suggestion is to find another shuttle service.

Once again Shuttle Express deserves this rating. We just arrived tired from Los Angeles and was waiting for quite a while for our ride– and thank you for upgrading us to Cadillac! It’s the second time I’ve experienced this– and Binder our friendly transporter– was very accommodating. Thanks again Shuttle Express! I’ll tell my friends & family here in the NW to give you business!

Pick up from the airport was quick and easy! The return trip was an entirely different story! Pick up was from Bell Street Pier. Even with reservations, it took 3 hours to be picked up. Fortunately we had a late flight, others were not so fortunate…

I’ve been using Shuttle Express few times for Airport rides. And I had no problem. Always got the quality of service i paid for.
This review today is about their special event service for their Limo and Charter Bus service.
I contacted Shuttle Express through their website to get quote for my wedding transportation. We were going to get 55 ppl charter bus and 8 ppl Limo. It was little frustrated to starting communication with them but once I have my contact everything went well. I highly recommend to call them instead of email them. I got impression that their email is slow and not very responsive but they are pretty responsive to phone calls.
Once i get assigned my own Sales coordinator, communication even got better. Allyson was my sales coordinator and she was very responsive on all my questions and she gave many options we can choose from. Their contract was clear and no hidden fee.
We got married during prom season, we don’t know how many Limo driver told us they have to charge surcharge because its prom season. Shuttle express didn’t have any of those hidden fees and surcharges.
Driver was also very nice. Apparently they let our wedding guests drink champagne at the bus while they are riding to ceremony spot. So they had quick 15 min party but experience :) Also, Limo driver was AWESOME. First off, he called day before and make sure we are all in same page and checked details. From there, everything was super easy. He called us when he show up and He patiently waited when bridal party took little longer time than expected. Texting/​Call during day was so easy. He was always on right spot when we needed him. All we needed to was just texting him that we are going to need him in 10 minutes.
We quoted lots of different place and Shuttle Express definitely offered one of the most affordable price and their service was awesome. I highly recommend to use them for your event transportation!

Who doesn’t love waiting for 50 minutes after they check in WITH A RESERVATION to get on a shuttle when they’re on vacation?! Right?!
I don’t. Worse shuttle service ever we should have taken an über. Split between 2 people an über would have been the same price to our hotel.

Why can’t I make a reservation? I am now going to be late to an event because of your stupid check in policy.

Worst experience ever with these people! I had a paid reservation in advance for a round trip to/​from the airport. On the return leg at 3pm I waited 1 hr 45 min at the airport for a shuttle home. Others were waiting as well. They could not tell me when I would get «assigned» to a van. A partially full van going toward my area was getting ready to leave and they wouldn’t put me on it; only the «office» can assign vans. I gave up and called someone to pick me up. Never again will I use this service!

Good for getting TO SeaTac.
Unreliable for getting OUT from SeaTac.
Again I found myself waiting 40 minutes, and saw one van come in, and take 2 people outbound. Several other very annoyed people had been there over an hour waiting to get out of the airport.
Gave up and cabbed it
Ill use them inbound, but I’m done trying to use you outbound.

So much for booking way in advance and keeping them up to date on our flight change. Everything was good, and we were reassured someone would be there when we landed. Finally got back to Seattle at 1am, got down to their parking spot/​check in, and was told we don’t have a reservation and need to wait 45 MORE MINUTES after flying for six straight hours. A party of six, more than enough to meet their quota. Fuck these people. No wonder they’re pissed Über/​Lyft is allowed in Seatac now. People actually have more options away from their shitshow of customer service.
Don’t book with them. They aren’t worth the time or money wasted.

There are no shuttles at Shuttle Express and there haven’t been many shuttles in the 90 minutes we have waited. A realistic time frame from them would have at least given opportunity to make other plans. I will recommend them for a scheduled pick up from home. I can not recommend them for a non reserved ride from airport. –Still no shuttles anywhere in parking garage; approaching 2 hours now.

I think people’s experiences with express shuttle can be extremely hit or miss. My first experience – arriving at sea tax at 8am and needing a ride into downtown– was pretty awesome. The counter was easy enough to find, the bench where I waited for my shuttle was heated and I was the only one on the shuttle after my 10 minute wait.
My second experience, on the way back from downtown to the airport was less desirable. I had received an email from united airlines saying that the TSA lines at SeaTac were excessively long and I may want to get there even earlier. Too bad my return shuttle was already booked. It made me very anxious to make sure that my shuttle arrived on time and when it didn’t (it was 10 mins late), I freaked out and called express shuttle customer service. The girl I talked to was friendly enough, my reservation was easy to find, but she did say something along the lines of, «yeah, it looks like your shuttle was redirected and the eta is now 10 mins later. You didn’t get a call? You should have…» Yeah, a call would have saved me a little anxiety.
It cost me $ 18 to downtown and $ 13 to SeaTac (a discount given for booking my return ride the same day I needed a ride to downtown. I’m sure there are online deals, too. Good luck!

Do not use this shuttle service to get out of the airport. They made me wait for 45 minutes because they want to make sure there are enough people on the van before sending you off. It is not that cheep either. If I wanted to waste this much time I was much better off using the link to go to downtown and über from there. It would have been cheaper as well.
Also on my way to the airport the guy was very polite and on time but he waited 30 minutes for one person who was late and kept telling me I have plenty of time. I got to the airport and with the crazy security line I barely made it to my flight.
I wrote this review on the shuttle. It just got worse the driver cannot find the address of a guy in the van. God I want to get off and walk home :(

The check I process was a little slow and un-​informative, but after that everything went smoothly. The driver was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and safe, and we arrived in no time.

I had a pleasant experience with them — N and I arrived and we were trying to figure out the best way to go outside of Seattle and it was just three of us in the shuttle.
It wasn’t crowded, perhaps because it was after 9 pm, but overall I didn’t mind it.

We chose Shuttle Express to go from our hotel in Tuckwilla to the cruise dock at Pier 91. I made the reservation on line and got a confirmation back as to the pick up time. It was very easy to do. The driver picked us up at the hotel right on time. He was very courteous and helpful with our things and helped us on and off. He dropped us off right at the cruise dock front door. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The cost was only $ 12 plus a tip which i thought was a bargain compared to a taxi. This is a very good service.

My sister used the service with no real problems. She was coming from Seatac and needed to get to Everett.
My aunt had a TERRIBLE experience, after we recommended this shuttle. She was going from Mill Creek to Seatac.
She was being picked up for an early afternoon weekday flight. They didn’t show up, 15 minutes after she waited around outside she called them. Turns out, they CANCELED her pre-​payed reservation and didn’t even contact her. THEY DIDN’T EVEN LET HER KNOW!
No apology, no nothing. They left her standing in a driveway, trying to figure out how to get to the airport.
She was able to find a local Über driver that was able to get to the airport on time.
We will NEVER use shuttle express again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Van was dirty, old, and hot. Cancelled the return shuttle because of the poor pickup.
Asked to talk with a supervisor, and spoke with Kerry Green. He was more concerned with telling me about how «brilliant» he was, and that he has «a Master’s Degree» than he was with taking care of the issue. SHOUTING MATCH ensued — yes, a SHOUTING MATCH! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!!! Kerry Green must be brilliant and have a Master’s Degree in being a jerk — because that is all he was.
Told me I wasn’t on the reservation — so why was I complaining… really? I made the reservation, I paid for the reservation, my contact information — 8 Corporate Executive’s in the van — all should be treated with respect and receive at least decent customer service. When I told him I was recording the call to place on social media to prove how rude he was — he hung up on me.
Customer Service Rep Felicia was irritating… called back 11 times asking for Kerry Green’s supervisor only to be transferred 6 times to Kerry Green’s voicemail and the other 4 times placed on hold. The last call (number 11) I made I told Felicia I could do this all day long.
She finally gave me their corporate phone number… what a joke; no one answers.
Do yourself a favor and look at different options… walking would be a more pleasant experience — this place is ridiculous from start to finish.

I’ve never had an issue with these folks. They have been on time every time I’ve needed their services. Return trips can take a little longer waiting for other riders, but that is expected. Nice to be able to just land and ride peacefully home.

These people should be able to give an estimate wait time. Good lord. Every time I’ve just popped in for a ride home the wait had been 10 minutes or less. I make a reservation and so far it’s been an hour.
For the money I’ve paid I expect more. Rating will be lowered if my ride doesn’t arrive soon.
