This is the second vehicle that I have had lifted, new wheels, tires from this shop, Jarrett, Josh, Store Manager David, and Lead tech Matt are the best, they are all friendly, knowable, answers all concerns, and they all have excellent taste of what you’re trying to achieve with your SUV, Truck etc… I will continue doing my business here…

After the review I posted I also wrote a letter to the corporate office for 4 Wheel Parts, I received a phone call from a corporate manager/​owner (He said his name but I didn’t hear it and didn’t ask him to repeat it. Very rude of me for not doing so.) I spoke with the gentleman and explained what had happened. He stated that while there were shipping complications, someone should have called to explain them. He also addressed the condition that the box had arrived in and the missing parts. We discussed the fact that the local store manager despite my obvious displeasure didn’t make an effort to make amends. While I hadn’t expected it, he offered me a $ 100 store credit for my experience. While my initial experience had been a negative one, his effort to call me personally and discuss the matter was greatly appreciated. I appreciate the customer service that a «brick and mortar» store can provide that a internet site cannot. I’m chalking my first experience up as an anomaly and will look forward to doing business with 4Wheel Parts in the future.

This place is amazing! Super nice staff that knows their stuff. Jarrett helped me find exactly what I needed and nothing more, not trying to make the extra commission. Great place for upgrades and or just to get your rig serviced

Have them installed a 2.5 RE lift kit and put on 35’s today. After the installation. My dash was showing no fuse, compass was not working, couldn’t use my key fob to lock and unlock my car, ACC won’t work when I turned my key, interior light won’t come on when I open my door, fuel gauge was still on when I pulled out the key, and now my flashcal is showing U0101 code which is lost communication with TCM. I know the installation was great but I don’t know what they did to my JKU. I will have to take it back first thing in the morning.

Been waiting 2 months for a set of billstein shocks. Everytime I call they say Billstein is all backed up on orders. So one of the biggest shock companies is backed up for months on shocks? Promised a ship date of ⁶⁄₃₀. Bought them on ⁵⁄₁₄. Still have not shipped… I’ll never do business with this company again. These guys are a joke.

Ok overall I am very pleased. My Jeep needed lots of love (repair) because I ignored it for years. Jarrett the sales rep took quite some time to get all details together on what I needed to do. Having a east coast jeep means rust so work on the steering, exhaust + manifold, axles had to be done. I left the shop with all repairs done for 2000 which I expected and the Jeep drives really well.
Having now seen the reviews from others on this business I have to say I am not in agreement with the negative views. I got great service (thanks Jarrett) good value and a good outcome on the Jeep.
I will be back when it’s time for a lift with these guys for right now a very happy customer. I can honestly recommend this place.

Holy cr*p this place is nicer than I had ever expected. Not only is it the only place within 50mi of the Bellevue/​Eastside area with this level of service and selection, it’s probably the best that the area could offer.
1. Immaculate. The store is well stocked, well thought-​through, and just clean. The bathrooms are even spotless which was awesome because it made it easier to spend more time there with my kids who seem to have to go every 15 minutes. They had all the wheels and tires we wanted to see in-​person before making our decision.
2. Staffed by people who actually know — and possibly like — what they’re doing. Met David for the first time this weekend and he was able to answer every question/​problem I had about outfitting my truck. I got answers from someone both experienced with installs as well as using the parts on his own vehicle. That makes such a crucial difference when looking for advice, not just information.
Longer story short, the prices were good, but the service was even better. Even if I could find the parts for cheaper elsewhere and save a few bucks, I’ll be buying my rims, wheels, bars, lights, and other accessories from here and probably only here. When my truck arrives this year, 4-​Wheel Parts will be the FIRST stop.

Pretty terrible service. Terrible turnaround times, long wait lists for installs and repairs and I don’t take kindly to being talked to like a child.
All I needed was a new set of tires. I had budgeted the costs of a set of alloys and 30″ BFG’s to a price within budget to have them balanced and sent to my home for a fair price. Instead I went to this shop due to its close proximity and hopefully getting the tires and wheels on before a winter camping trip. When I went in they ended up tacking on so many random and BS expenses I had to ditch the alloy wheels I wanted for the sake of getting my tires on ASAP. Ultimately I ended paying nearly $ 1,300 for 5 30″ BFG A/T’s ($ 160 a piece). I’m no math wiz but that’s $ 500 in extra fees and labor. Who knew a mount and balance costs more than a 6 hour rear main seal job?!
Long of the short is, don’t go here. Go ahead and order online and pay the balancing fee and mount them yourself when they arrive; save $ 500. If you don’t have space for an install of your own go somewhere like Olympic 4×4 Supply up in Snohomish, way better experience.

I ordered two parts and was told it would arrive in 7 days. I called back a week later and the parts had not arrived. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get the parts; with me constantly having to call to get their shipping status. The company should be calling and giving me updates if the parts are not going to be delivered when promised. It would have been easier to order the parts online.

Just want to say thank you to Mike Kelly @ Lynnwood shop. His knowledge and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. After a part from Pro Comp was wrongly packaged he did all he could to make it right. THANK YOU MIKE!!!

I just wanted to post a quick review and thank Matt for and Mike for the install of my AMP Power Steps on my 2010 RAM 1500 Sport. I just recently got my truck lifted (not by them, but to do over, I would have them do it) The install was done in 3 hours, and I cant tell you how pleased I am. Not only was the service top notch, they will be my go to shop from now on. While they are a bit far from my house, I think it was totally worth it.

Took my LR3 here to get an ARB bumper and Winch Installed. Their prices were OK compared to online, a little on the high side when shipping of the bumper from ARB was factored in, but competitive enough that I felt compelled to support my local business. I asked them how much the install would be when I ordered; it seemed reasonable at $ 500 and would save me a Saturday working on the truck, so I thought «why not get it professionally installed?» If I had known the reality would be «why not get it half-​assed installed and pay for it for weeks to come» I might have passed.
Dropped it off in the AM and pre-​tipped the installer $ 80 so that he would take his time… in retrospect I should have kept my money. Got a call about mid-​day saying that the installer had damaged my AC Condenser during the install but they would replace it, recharge the system and I would be good to go. I took them at their word and showed up before closing time to pick up the truck.
When I got there the car was still in pieces and the replacement condenser hadn’t arrived yet. I hung around for about ½ an hour but when I realized that there was no way in hell it was getting done (and I didn’t want the guy to rush and make a mistake), I told them it was ok and I would just come back the next day; I live about 45 min away from the shop.
Came back the next day and waited while the guy worked on the truck. I noticed that the condenser they installed was a off-​the-​shelf replacement from Oriley’s and not a Land Rover OEM part… I gave them a pass on that because I realize that they’re trying to run a business, and it should work just fine. Got the truck but was in a little bit of a hurry to get to work so I hit the road as soon as I could.
That afternoon I decided to inspect the work on the truck… and I found the following:
— Fender liners had not been trimmed to match the bumper as directed in the ARB installation instructions.
— 3 bolts were missing that secured the bumper to the ARB frame supports.
— The headlight washer fluid bottle was leaking because the connector was being stressed against the untrimmed fender liner.
— The metric bolts holding the bumper skid-​plate had been stripped so they had self-​tapping (standard) lag-​bolts shoved into them, making it impossible to even think about repairing the threads.
— The battery cover had been cut for no reason, because the installer was either too lazy, or unable to figure out the geometry within the tight engine compartment to fit the two relays.
— Oh, and the battery cover was cracked for good measure.
— The hood switch (which detects if the hood was shut properly), was broken when the power cabling for the winch was run into the engine compartment.
I trimmed the fender liners myself, and relocated the relays; fixing those items is what led me to discover the other problems. I called the shop a little upset, and they said to bring it by and they would make it right. Took it down there that afternoon and twiddled my thumbs for a couple hours while they addressed the other issues, minus the hood switch and battery cover that I had to order.
Couple days later I got into the truck and the AC did not work. Awesome. Called the shop and they insisted that their AC guy look at it. We went back and forth but eventually I agreed to give them this last chance. Waited over the weekend (because the AC guy wasn’t available until Monday), drove there again, and waited some more for the AC guy to show up. He ended up shrugging his shoulders and leaving because he didn’t know anything about Land Rover AC systems apparently.
The tech got permission to get the car checked out by Land Rover of Seattle, so we drove there. After waiting a couple hours at Lad Rover of Seattle, their tech reported that the system had been overfilled and that a pressure switch needed to be replaced. He gave me the part number, and my local LR shop ordered it.
So about 3 days later, the part comes in and I take the truck to the it to the local LR shop. They call me up about mid-​day and say, they replaced the pressure switch as requested but the real problem is that my compressor has failed. I ask them what can cause a compressor to fail and as expected they said, «it can happen if a system is run when it is empty or overfilled.»
I suppose I could have tried to get 4 Wheel Parts to foot the bill, but I’d wasted way too much time with them already, and had a broken truck for about 2 weeks now. I bit the bullet and had the shop service the AC system.
As far as the demeanor of the staff… it was pretty good throughout the process until things started to go south. Then the tone from the store manager and assistant manager was pretty adversarial and defensive. I guess I can kind of understand, I was accusing them of screwing up and breaking my truck. Oh wait, they did…

People are very nice but the process and communication is beyond repair. Thought I’d order stainless oval side steps for my Tundra Crewmax locally.
1^st try: Shop ordered for Tacoma not Tundra (Too Short).
2^nd try: Got home opened box Black Round Steps (Wrong color wrong shape)
3^rd try: Got home opened box no brackets (No hardware to mount to truck)
4^th try: They are going to install for free now. Ordered Tundra extended cab not crew max (Too Short)
5^th try: 5 weeks later I have the steps I wanted
I should have ordered them myself online.

It took me 6 trips to get all my bushings replaced. super nice people, but have no clue what they are doing. Hate my jeep now. when getting into my jeep after first bushings replaced, my front end was so out of allignment, almost crashed into oncoming traffic. Also had bolts from tortion bar not put into place, so I had to do it myself.

As the name suggest, this is a parts store. As a matter of fact, this is a store front for a very large online parts distribution business. For WA residents, it is sometimes more advantageous to purchase from another outfit and save sales tax.
As far as installation, I cannot recommend this store. As a matter of fact, I can recommend you don’t go there, as the quality of the work performed on my Jeep was sub par and worse.
First I had a full Rubicon lift kit ordered from
(same outfit) to be installed at their facility in Lynwood, which I through was convenient. I also had them regear my differentials, mount new wheels and tires and install a bumper and winch.
The car rode crappy after the install, as if nobody has even test driven it. I had to bring it back to be adjusted, shims added and still I had driveline vibrations and my brakes had issues ever since. This was in April 2012.
Since then, I’ve had to adjust or replace pretty much the entire lift — all done at a different shop. Car is now finally fine, after professionals took care of it.
This month, as part of changing rear axles, I had a certified differential shop open my rear axle and they discovered my ring and pinion (installed by 4 wheel parts in April) were completely shot. This is after I drove it very carefully for months and changed differential oil twice until the 500 miles mark. The tech showed my the gears, the evidence of damage and stated it was mounted poorly and not adjusted properly.
Summary — this place is not a place you would want to have anything mechanical installed. They just slap parts on, without proper adjustment and knowledge. You can still buy parts online and have them delivered there, but you will be paying WA state taxes…

Big chain auto retailer for 4×4 accessories. But still great. Very patient with customers and good with answering questions & price quotes. Only place to get big off-​road tires. Spendy but that’s the market.

This place is the best if you own a truck or a jeep. Staff is great always have a smile and ready to assist. I’ve spent much of my hard earned money here, and will spend more there no question.

The people here seem really friendly although I ordered a windbreaker for my jeep at the end of last summer. It was on back order. It didn’t arrive till after it started raining. The store is only open till 6:00 m-​f so it nearly impossible (and I tried many times) for me to try and get there after work in Seattle to pick up my part. I understand they are open for limited hours on the weekend but I ski and the windbreaker isn’t needed for that.
I called a couple weeks ago to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. I called back a day later and although they have record of me buying it they had no record of giving it to me. Every time I call now it’s been handed off to a manager so no one can help me.
The people seem friendly but inefficient. My one star is based off of excellent job ringing me up for my $ 75 jeep wind breaker. But no stars for the quality of the product or service since then since I haven’t received any.

Brought my truck in and bought a new red top Optima battery last year which they installed.
Great location– just off I-​405 and down the street from Target and Alderwood Mall. Huge parking lot, lots of garage bays.
They have a huge arrangement of accessory catalogs for newer (1997 and up trucks and jeeps). But they also have a decent selection of items for purchase in the show room too. The front counter and the sales staff is very knowledgeable and try their best to be accomodating.
I negated a star because they don’t carry many products for my year truck (older than 1997), so I have to go online and do all the research myself.
Pretty good prices, but their online savings is where it’s at.
Good selection of magazines in the waiting area, usually near the clearance bin.
