Lived there for about a year until I realized that the current arrangement was not going to work out. It wasn’t a bad building per se, and it does have an elevator AND an indoor swimming pool that is large by any standards(you wouldn’t expect a pool at such an old building). But when the elevator down, it took management days to fix it. And the pool isn’t always available, often for long periods of time. And when you verbally tell tenants that they’re not responsible for the carpets because they were so old and were going to get replaced, and then you rescind that promise when we move out, then I’m not going to leave with such great impressions about the building. It is the cheapest parking at Cap Hill, though, at $ 25/month for uncovered, a little more for covered. But the cons far outweighs the pros.
