ADH Tech Services is a great resource for in home computer help. David responded quickly to my request, arrived on time, educated me in the process and our computer is running faster and more efficient. That is exactly what I wanted.

Best service ever. My laptop problem was more complex than anticipated (took longer time to fix), but David only charged for 2 hours, honoring his earlier estimation. He also put in extra effort and over the weekend to ensure I received my laptop before the holidays. Very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this service for our local area. The contract tech David Hornbeck was personable, competent and great to work with. Repairs were done efficiently and he was able to answer any questions I had without even a hint of condescension.
My only caveat would be with the parent company scheduler who was hard to understand accent wise and did push the upsell. That being said the tech did an excellent job for a decent prize in my home on my schedule.

I was David’s inaugural customer and I’ve called on his help again this week. He is easy to work with, very knowledgeable and so responsive. We have two home office setups and many devices, and he’s been able to help with everything I’ve thrown his way. I highly recommend him!

David has helped us on two occasions. The first issue we had was being «bumped off the internet». He was able to trouble shoot and determined the problem. We are happily back on line!
Most recently, he helped us with our player piano.
We have a Disc system that works with an I Touch. From the beginning we have had difficulty operating it. We tried to buy new songs and were never able to figure it out. (When we purchased the piano they said it was very easy!!) Our tech skills being what they are, we enlisted the help of our children to «show mom and dad how to work it.» After literally hours trying to figure it out, they ended up accidentally deleting all the songs we did have and they totally gave up. This all took place months ago before we knew David.
I called David and he was able to come out. I am happy to report that all is working and we are now able to download songs and actually use our piano. It was somewhat complicated but he was able to figure it out. What I love about him is that he never makes you feel stupid or talks down to you. Even when I feel like I am asking a really dumb question he does not make me feel silly. He is professional, punctual and just a really nice guy!
I have been looking for someone like him for months. So happy that our paths crossed. I would HIGHLY recommend his company, ADH Tech Services.

David, with ADH Tech Services came to my home and worked on my computer, eventually taking it to his office for further diagnostics and repair. David is very professional and pleasant to work with. His repairs were completed in the time frame advertised, and he returned and reconnected my computer without issue, offering other bits of advice. I gladly recommend his company and services, and will call ADH Tech Services in future.

David of ADH Tech Services is very professional, courteous, and has very reasonable rates. He has a very friendly demeanor and is always quick with his responses and setting appointments. He came to my house and set up my roku player and speakers to the tv and set up my Netflix account and hooked up my iPhone to the Bluetooth Sonos player. He took my laptop and tuned it up so it runs more efficiently and no longer crashes. Lastly, he helped me sync my calendars to one central calendar. I am very grateful for his services as it has really helped me better utilize my electronics, especially as I am technologically challenged.

I was having issues with malware on my desktop that I was unable to troubleshoot. I called ADH Tech Services and spoke with David, who was professional, courteous, and very responsive. He was able to schedule a next day appointment and showed up promptly. He picked up my computer– removed all the malware, and returned it to me the next day! I’ve had my computer back for about 2 weeks and its running much more efficiently and is no longer freezing/​crashing. He also set up an external hard drive and a cloud based service to back up my data as I was worried about losing my photos, music files, and documents.
I referred him to my mother and he was able to fix her home networking issues (weak signal and dropped wifi internet connection) and helped her set up her new ipad tablet. He was very kind and patient with her, showed her how to use her equipment, and answered all her questions. The service prices are very reasonable and the service was professional and prompt. I would highly recommend David and ADH Tech Services to anyone needing IT repair or services.

David Hornbeck is a really amazing person. He was super friendly, patient, and efficient. He came over to build my computer and install an OS I had bought. I learned quite a bit from him, and the entire experience was fun and very memorable.
