Adriane is fantastic: professional, pleasant and very skilled. I received an excellent massage and look forward to returning regularly.

I sit in front of a computer all day for my job and have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years. Despite getting up to stretch every so often and adjustments to my desk and chair, I only managed to get partial relief from the pain. I’ve also tried several other massage therapists but again with only partial relief. It was not until I met Adriane that I truly could remember what life was like without constant neck and shoulder pain. After only two or three sessions, I could tell my neck pain was subsiding and the pain-​free periods began to get longer. Adriane also gave me simple stretching exercises that, combined with her techniques, help relieve the pain for a longer period. I now see Adriane twice a month and for the first time in many, many years I can say that I have many pain-​free days and am sleeping much better. I’m also an avid bicyclist, riding between 30 and 100 miles in a day. Before I met Adriane, I would begin to have pain within 10 or 15 miles on my bike. I’m very happy to report that I recently completed a 200 mile bike ride (Seattle to Portland) and was pain-​free for the entire event! It was the ninth time I rode in this annual event and I have never finished faster or felt better after the ride was over. I highly recommend Adriane and will be a long-​term, regular client.

If you are looking for a massage therapist that is not afraid of doing deep tissue and loosening your knots then she is the girl for you. She is amazingly strong and finds knots with such precision. Always feel a million times better after seeing Adriane. Good massage therapists are hard to come by and she is a real gift/​treat.

I am so impressed with Adriane’s massage skills, and knowledge, and intuitive touch! It’s amazing to me how her hands can feel the subtlest tensions and are so adept at coaxing it out of even my chronically contracted muscles. I consider it a huge blessing that I have found her to help me on my healing journey. Her personality is so fresh and clear, warm and supportive — I cannot say enough about how lucky I feel to have her help.

Adriane was awesome! She was responsive once she got the message from her site and was able to work with my schedule to schedule an appointment. Also, the massage was great! I think I fell asleep for most of it, it was so relaxing. I’ll be seeing Adriane again!

Adriane was great! Besides the amazing massage, she was flexible on scheduling which really helped fit the massage into my schedule.
