We specialize in chocolate desserts and «Gluten Free» desserts as well. Our desserts can be found in the PCC stores, Haggens, Met Market, Thriftway, IGA, New Season’s, The Market and several other grocery stores as well as Hotels, upscale restaurants and Neiman Marcus online and holiday catalogs.

We ship our desserts all over the country via Fed Ex and can be found online ²⁴⁄₇.

Business Owner

Phyllis has been creating desserts for the past 26 years. In 1997 she was named business woman of the year and won the Blue Chip Enterprise award, She was also named by YWCA business woman of the year for their «Women of Achievment» award. In 2006 Phyllis and Alaska Silk Pie Co were featured on the Food Network show «Road Tasted» with the Deen brothers (Paula Deen’s sons). She has also completed several classes in her field of expertise.
