It’s sometimes difficult to find the appropriate food and supplies for my diabetic dog, but this store makes otherwise tedious tasks feel effortless.
Not only is their product selection vast and thorough, but the staff almost seems to take joy in meeting the needs of their customers. No matter how selective or picky I am regarding my purchases, the knowledgeable employees always identify with my sentiments and know exactly where to guide me. Instead of frustration, I’m met with understanding, and that kind of customer service makes all the difference.
For the owner of a special-​needs dog who can’t always rely on the more commonly used pet products, this business and its people are a god-​send.

Such great service at this location, my dog loves the treats and special care he receives from the overly accommodating staff. They remember my dogs name (and sometimes mine too) and really go the extra mile to make sure he’s well cared for and to answer all my questions. This is the only place I shop for my dog and will continue to go back, it’s great!

Contacted this store to see if I could return a $ 5 clicker I bought from them a month ago — just for store credit/​exchange… I spent ~ $ 40 at this shop during that visit on Easter Sunday and will never return due to this policy and lack of understanding. The clicker I purchased was not opened and I just wanted to replace with some puppy treats. I was surprised, but thats ok — this store has lost our family’s business all over poor customer service. Thank you

I came into this store today to pick up food for my cat. I have been to other All The Best locations and my understanding is that they are very customer service oriented. However, when I entered this store, no employee greeted me. I shopped for about 15 minutes and was never approached by an employee, even though there were several in the store and only one was with another customer. It seems like this location is not held to the same standards as the others.

This place rocks the casaba.
Great holistic pet food and supplies, lots of inventory from the best manufactures IMO. Always helpful staff who are both interested in your pet’s happiness but knowledgeable about holistic pet food diets.
Wish it wasn’t quite as expensive as it is, but that is to say I wish living didn’t cost so much, they have some of the most competitive local retail prices.
So glad they opened this new location.

Excellent selection, friendly staff, good resources.
The staff especially struck exactly the right of friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I browsed for a good long time without interference, could always find someone with an informative answer when I needed help, and thoroughly enjoyed my time in the store. Since I’s gone in with a list and a coupon, I surprised myself by how much time I spent there.
I also appreciated the informational resources they provided — also without being pushy. I’ll definitely be back!

Sweet, kind staff that legitimately love animals and love fawning over my two Labradors. The dogs always get free treats and samples, and the staff always has very helpful recommendations and tips. I’m a pretty serious dog mom, and they always take me seriously. Great selection of food, treats, and toys for those who also take their four-​legged friends seriously.
Best part? Told them it was my 11-​year old Lab’s 3-​year adoption anniversary, and he got a free doggy ice cream. D’awwww.

I phoned All the Best looking for cat food because I happened to be in the area and not close to my normal store. I called and asked if they carried Science Diet, they said no because «Science Diet doesn’t live up to our standards».I understand now, but not prior to this, that they have a more natural selection of pet food, but it was so condescending to say it to me that way… I love my pet, he has a structural problem in his bowels, trust me, I have tried EVERYTHING, all the natural stuff, and only one formula from one manufacturer is gentle enough on his system. I think there is a much more tactful way to convey to a potential customer that you are a natural pet store and do not carry conventional brands… that’s all they needed to say-​not that I am feeding my beloved pet crap!

The attention and care that I receive here is unmatched. Whenever I have a question about toys, food or accessories, the staff has a variety of options to show me. They are also very friendly to my little puppy Tony. Every time we visit, he gets a little treat to make him feel special. I highly recommend this pet store for all of your animal shopping needs.

Took my newly adopted Boston Terrier to the store for a preschedule anesthetic-​free dental cleaning. The staff were all very welcoming & provided excellent recommendations for products and ideas for him while we were waiting for our appointment (we arrived early). When it was time for our appointment, the veterinarian provided a thorough exam of not only his teeth, but ear and skin condition. She then informed me that his teeth were actually in good shape and not in need of a cleaning yet. They then reimbursed me for the $ 25 deposit I paid prior, even though they took the time to perform all the exams and go over possible remedies to lessen his separation anxiety issues. I was very impressed and will definitely go back to this store for their superb customer service!
