Established in 1992.

Allstar safe and Lock was established in 1992, in Mississippi. Since then, the company has expanded and eventually moved to Seattle. We are one of the best locksmith services Seattle has to offer, and for good reason. Our service is friendly, we include hospitality and we are available 24/​7, all year around. On June 15, 2013, we will open a new locksmith services Seattle shop in the Ballard neighborhood. We have taken over Caps Keys on the second floor of Ballard Square and are ready to service your needs. We have been established in Seattle for many years and look forward to continue to do so. Born and raised in Greenville, MS makes hospitality a top priority while I serve you. I will do anything and everything that I can to make sure you get the service and security that you need and trust. I moved to Seattle in April of 2010 and worked for a highly reviewed locksmith in Ballard. I then was given an opportunity to advance my skills and knowledge with a higher volume and well reviewed security company in Columbia City. My customer service skills are superb and I felt that it was necessary to go into business for myself. I started locksmithing 16 years ago and since then I have been able to master my trade. I look forward to having your business and serving my community.

I just flew into town after being gone one week, when I realized I lost my house key. Called up Erik and he was at my house within 10 minutes. He was quick to get to work. It took a little longer than normal, which is an indication of a good lock. He was very friendly and had several payment options. I would hire him again.

I had great service the other day. I made the mistake of locking myself out of the house with my 8 year old and 1 year old with me. Luckily I had my phone and looked them up on Unilocal.They were fast (20 minutes) and got us into the house quickly and for a decent price. My hungry, cranky kids and I appreciated it VERY much. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. The locksmith that worked on my car even went out of his way to take the lock apart to find out exactly what was wrong with my driver’s side lock when I told him I was curious why it broke. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith.

I am thrilled and appreciative of the friendly and quick service I received. I drove to Seattle from Eastern Washington to empty out my storage unit. Upon arrival, I realized I didn’t have my storage key. I met Mike at my storage facility less than two hours after my call. He was able to get my lock off in less than 15 minutes — my lock was one if the round style locks which cannot be cut with bolt cutters.

I asked them to change the locks for three doors of my office which they did.
We checked the spare keys and all of them didn’t work.
In the end they literally told me «go fuck yourself!, We don’t need your business!»
It was very shocking. And I really think this company is ridiculous.

Who knew locking your dumb ass out of the house could be a pleasant experience? That’s what happened to me last Saturday, when I locked myself out of my house. Luckily I had my phone with me and searched for local locksmiths the first results were the $ 15 schemers — DO NOT use them. After talking to some proper locksmiths, who happened to be booked, I learned that you do not want the cheapest guy. They will quote you $ 15, but then bust your door and lock and you’ll end up blowing $ 300.
Citywide came highly recommended from both Unilocalers and another locksmith I talked to. When I called, the guy was super cheery and said he’d be over in 30 minutes, even though he was on his lunch break. He showed up promptly and actually pulled up my spirits with his good attitude. He whistled while he worked and even taught us a thing or two about locks!
The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes and he ended up only charging me $ 70. (I think his initial quote was $ 80.)
If there’s such a thing as a «pleasant» locksmith experience this is it – and fairly priced, to boot. Oh yeah, AND, my lock and door didn’t weather a scratch.

After a terrible experience with one of those fly-​by-​night locksmiths, I was able to get Dave to commit to a price (I was able to tell him the exact model of lock) and time to cut some heavy-​duty padlocks off a storage shed. He showed up right on time, got it done, and charged me exactly what he quoted.
Don’t get ripped off by one of the many outfits that keep changing their name (some version of 24⁄7 is common). Go with a reputable firm like this one.

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They were able to cut my bike lock off of an outdoor bike rack (something most other locksmiths in the city said they couldn’t do).
