Called to ask a question about an impounded vehicle at 10:15pm on August 11, 2015. The man I talked to called me an idiot within 5 seconds of the conversation and then immediately hung up. When I called back a few minutes later, the same man said he would come find me and beat me up if I called again and went as far as to block my number. 2 minutes later, I received a call from a ‘No Caller ID’ from the same man, who then proceeded to tell me that he knew my location and was about to come «bash my head in» for calling and disrupting his business. I don’t know how a moron like this stays in business with the City of Seattle. I will be taking legal action.

Would give zero stars if possible. Idiot driver in front of the business blocking 2 lanes on aurora with no signal, flipped me the bird when I honked at him. When I called the business to report I got hung up on. Great business motto. I have no idea how total idiots can get a CDL. This place should go out of business. There’s definitely a reason this has an average of one star

Extremely rude people. Also charged me $ 271 just to move their truck from behind my car, which wasn’t fully hooked up. Not only did they charge too much, but they also charged me twice. When I called to tell them they charged me twice, they told me they would deal with it later.

I’m giving it 1 star is only because I cannot give it minus 14. The owner is a bloody idiot. I’m deeply annoyed about what he said over the phone. Get some proper education you dumbass.

Michael, the owner is an idiotic moron. A perfect example is when I tried to use my debt card to pay for my towing and the idiot legitimately told me to give him the pin. I told him that there was no way I was giving it to him. And it was a 20 minute argument. I hope he loses his business. He is incompetent and the City of Seattle needs to stop doing business with this guy. To top it all off, he hit on my sister.

I was in an accident on early Sunday morning. I called Audi Roadside Assistance who ordered a tow truck for me that could properly handle my car (AWD) and the fact that I couldn’t drive it or get it out of gear.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) was not happy with the 45 minute response time so decided to call AMPM.
The tow truck drive showed up after 20 minutes of waiting. When he got there he inspected my car. My bumper/​grill was laying on the ground but still attached to my car. He decided the car couldn’t possibly be towed with the bumper still attached. He stood on my bumper/​hood and started jumping on the bumper trying to rip it off. This damaged parts of the car that were undamaged from the accident. He then reached down and ripped off my Active Cruise Control sensor, a sensitive piece of electronics that was again, undamaged by the accident.
He gave me a ride to the tow yard where the car would be stored while I waited for the auto body shop (Queen City Auto Rebuild) to open the next day. While waiting for my cab to arrive he made some underhanded slightly racist comments.
The next day they towed my car to Queen City Auto Rebuild. My insurance adjuster called me with an estimate but mentioned he couldn’t get a 100% accurate estimate due to the fact that the tow truck company forgot to give them the key to the car… Instead of dropping it off by hand they decided to –mail it– delaying repairs on my car.

I would sooner push my car down 405 then use this company.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! The woman who was taking the calls cussed me out before I could explain my situation. Mike, I’m sorry to say, is unpleasant. I don’t know why they’re still in business. If you want to have THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, go ahead and try them out! Good luck though!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The guy running the place was racist, rude, and ignorant. Learn how to talk to someone! They charged me 460 bucks… DO NOT GO HERE! This place sucks! Bunch of racist people.

Horrible company that exemplifies why this industry needs to be regulated. Staff are rude and bullying. Business practices are extremely shady. Only use them if you want your company to be associated with bigoted crooks.

Terrible experience with mike– in the university village. Was rude from the first word to my wife and I. He proceeded to be very difficult to deal with and almost pulled away with his tow truck still connected to our car. Awful company!

I called them from the scene of my accident because they were the closest tow shop. BIG MISTAKE. They charge $ 275 per hour for a tow, claiming that it took 2.25 hours. Their shop was literally 2 minutes away from the scene. Storage costs was $ 75 a day. Luckily my insurance company covered the costs, but I’m sure it is going to hurt my case when my policy comes up for renewal and they look at how much my accident costed them.

If you are unfortunate to have your car land here… get it out as soon as possible. Stuff quickly disappears from your car. And of course no one there knows where it went. And of course they are the only ones that have a key to your car, and the CCTV tapes.

I also had a bad experience with owner’s son. He was threatening and appeared to be using either cocaine or meth. Their liability insurance better be good if they continue to let him drive around like that and treat customers that way. Scary dude. I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

As a follow up to the comment on 6÷23÷10, that was my husband, we spoke with the owner’s son who was the one that towed my husbands car the date of his accident. Regardless of what the situation was which they keep throwing in our face, the fact is that the son should’ve held himself accountable for not being good at his job, that is what is in question. They have old riggidy truck that does not have power steering, that if you don’t know how to maneuver it, which was obvious he couldn’t in our parking lot, will cause damange to vehicles. So last night we attempted to speak with the son to which he immediately became defensive, immediately, this is horrible service and unacceptable, it got the point where he actually threatened physical harm to my husband, absolutely 100% unacceptable for ANYONE to do. I will personally be filing a complaint with the BBB about this.

They caused $ 800+ damage to my newly-​painted rear bumper and I’m getting the runaround from the owner.

I’ve heard horror stories about this place. So before I got to this place to take care of my car, I already expected the $ 500+ bill. I got an accident near aurora a couple of months ago, my car got towed here. The tow truck driver drove me home because I had nobody that could pick me up at the accident scene. My car was totaled and I told them I wanted to sell it to the junk yard. They made a call to a junkyard from Kent. We had to wait a day before he could pick it up from the towing yard. They didn’t charge me for the extra day storage fee, and I really appreciated that. They also took care of the car title etc, she filled the form on the DMV website and sent the copy to my mail. It was my first (and hopefully the last) experience I had with a towing company, so I can’t say that they’re great or whatever. But they’re generally ok.
