Specialties
I offer gentle, supportive psychotherapy and counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, life changes, and family of origin issues. Working from a person-centered perspective, I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and reclaim aspects of themselves that have become lost.
Please note: I am bound by the ethical standards of my profession to protect my clients’ privacy, which means I cannot reveal their identities in any way, and cannot even say whether or not I’ve seen someone as a client. Because of this, I cannot respond to public reviews (both positive and negative) of my work. If you’ve had a negative experience with me, I encourage to contact me directly so that I can work with you to resolve the problem. And if you’d like to post a positive review, know that doing so has the potential to identify you as a client in a public web space. Consider writing to me to give me your feedback instead. Thanks!

Anne I.
Business Owner
My clients describe me as patient, accepting, and a good listener. I see my role as a collaborative partner and guide, and I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and create satisfying lives for themselves.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I facilitate a support group for adult children of people who have Alzheimer’s disease, and I teach classes at Antioch University Seattle as an adjunct faculty member.
I have wanted to be a therapist since I took my first psychology class in 10th grade. I love what I do and feel that it’s a privilege to guide people through the healing process.
