AT&T

All around great service for helping me with some questions on saving data from an old phone and getting upgraded to a new one. Josh was patient and attentive and was not pushy at all when it came to explaining options and warranties. More than willing to assist with my my backup and new phone loading, and went the extra mile to ensure everything worked properly.
I’ve been to other att shops where they pretty much throw the phone at you and tell you to connect it to iTunes at home. This was the opposite: a full one-​stop shop to get everything done with ease.

14 day return policy!!! How would someone get their Christmas shopping done early and feel confident doing business with a place that won’t take items back? The respective items are brand new and never been opened and absolutely purchased from this exact store. I’ve been an AT& T customer for about 20 years.
Tell you what… I won’t be buying any gifts from AT&T again.

This store continues to be amazing. Today Zaid helped me for two hours resolve something that I’ve been dealing with retention on since July. If you need any special assistance or help come to the university village AT&T, ask for Zaid (the manager) and tell him I sent you. You won’t regret it.

Horrible wait today. Way (way) longer than told. But when we finally got helped by Edward he was awesome, very patient and solved all of our problems fast. Impressed by everyone’s patience today, I think they were massively short staffed. THANK YOU EDWARD!!!

Absloutley poor customer service… No acknowledgement… You can check in and just and sit and sit… No one gives a darn about you sitting here. Employees walk by and and don’t even ask how you are doing!!!
Wow… These people need to go through an extensive customer training…

Terrible customer service…
We scheduled an appointment for 6:30 however we got here 3 min late, and I also called them to let them know we will be late. We left after waiting an hour. I think it is time to move to another provider

35 minute wait has turned into two hours… so far…
Some woman obviously had a similar experience since she came in, heard about the 30min wait and yelled about how they had wasted six hours of her time this week, then left on the verge of crying.
By far the longest I’ve ever waited in any phone store.
Another Couple has been waiting 90minutes.
Edward is great and is helping us a lot, but the wait time is ridiculous.

Two hour wait to see anyone on a weekday afternoon? Yeah right. Yet another reason to drop this horrible company.

I went in with my son to buy him a new case for his phone. I worked with Sudipti and she was incredible. There was a special Direct TV offering and I signed up. Sudipti and manager Zaid walked me thru the process of linking the accounts together. No question was a stupid question, they were so very helpful. Personable, friendly, articulate thats Sudipti and Zaid. Thanks guys!!!

I’ve made two attempts to seek service at this store; both times I have left without service and more frustrated than when I went in. The «customer service representatives» at this location are the worst I have ever encountered in any business — they make Comcast look immaculate. I do not recommend going to this location for anything at all. You will be grossly disappointed.

Cynthia was a great help with us, came in to do an upgrade, she took great care of us, and provided us with outstanding customer service… The whole AT&T team was great…

When I came to this location the staff was very nice and helpful! I love the energy in the store and how the representatives never try and rush me out of the store even if I need help with something simple like email.

I came here to buy a wifi hotspot for full retail price, as listed on AT&T’s website and in-​store. However, the employee, as well as the manager, would not sell it to me unless I added a line and signed a two year contract. Obviously they wanted their commission. I can see this type of nonsense happening at a kiosk or 3^rd-​party store, but it’s unacceptable at an official AT&T store.

Staffed by morons. With lines building, I watched three idiot associates trying to convince one customer to get insurance for their iPhone. I get that this is a sales/​commission job that attracts the lowest common denominator of employee and only those who hate themselves and their fellow human beings, but this store seems to have collected the cream of the crop. I suppose that it should follow that a cell phone company that treats its customers with disdain would staff its stores with sociopathic idiots.
Change your cell phone provider, become a Luddite, do your business online, as long as you never set foot in this store and deal with this group of societal dregs.

Love this AT&T store! I was immediately helped by an employee named Daniel, he was super kind and patient with me since I had no clue what I was doing. He really helped me out and he was seriously the best! All of the other workers seemed really kind and smiley as well and weren’t just sitting on their butts playing with their iPads when customers walked in like they were at the Southcenter location! If you’re going to go to any AT&T store, go to this one!

The worst store with the worst customer service. Over the last year they have sold me a phone and Filip watch that do not work together (then insisted they did work until we proved otherwise– no apology); they gave my son a female escorts old phone # (!!!), again no apology; then they sold the wrong stylus for my husbands phone, then made me wait behind people getting new phones, fixing their phones– just for a 3 minute return! I suggest finding a different AT&T store, I will never step foot there again.

Saturday I went into this store for help in getting put on a list for the new I phone 6. I expected to wait, and if I had my number would have been 18 on the list, and I would have done that.
The person that checked people in to be put on that list said that the person that was number ONE had been waiting 85 minutes and still had not been seen by their staff. That is ridiculous, so I walked out in disbelief.
Sure, there are longer lines during the weekend, makes sense, but why were they not staffed for the extra demand?

I came to this location to reactivate an iPhone I had lost and then found. I’ve done this type of thing at other ATT stores and it was always a quick, easy process.
At this location, the employee took me through a long complicated process that resulted in a new account being created with a limited data plan, rather than keeping my same unlimited data plan. I did not know my previous plan was unlimited, and asked if I could just keep the same as before. The sales girl gave me some bullshit excuse that she couldn’t look up my previous plan and just assigned a random data amount to my phone. I’m not super fluent in technology, but I normally don’t have this much trouble. When I later found out that I had lost my unlimited data, I felt they took advantage of my naïveté (my parents handle the cellular plans) and set me up to lose money.
Also, several ATT employees (along with who I think was the manager) were quite rude to me. I was the only employee in the store. They had no reason to be short or catty with their remarks.
I hope this store goes out of business, or the staff gets replaced. It gives ATT a terrible name and makes the company look bad.

Read some of the reviews for this location and have to say that I had a fine experience, but had a terrible experience at the Pacific Place with the store manger Brandon Coleman.
Jeff helped me out and did an amazing job! He also listened to my big story about how Brandon Larson (misogynist extradinar) the manager at Pacific Place verbally abused me.
He returned the phone I was unhappy with and helped me set up my new phone.
But, the one thing Jeff did that I thought was totally professional and extremely cool was, he asked one of the other staff members to change the questionable music that was playing in the store. I didn’t complain about it, and in fact, didn’t really even notice it until he asked the guy to change the station. I was impressed by his concern for young children who might be shopping with their parents and older folks that don’t want to listen to questionable music while at the AT&T store.
That all said, I like this store and will go back to do my phone business.
And, Jeff should be moved into a store manager position because he’s a good listener, great sales rep and cares about the store.

Unilocal, wheres the love??? I think I super lucked out when I came here yesterday with my Mom to get her switched over to AT&T and an iPhone 4. I’ve lucked out and had nothing but good luck with AT&T in their stores– Jose was who helped set up everything for my Mom yesterday, and he was nice, professional, super patient, and explained all the details of setting up the new account and what my Mom could expect in the next couple of months for first time monthly payments and fees as well as the warrantees and return policies; I actually learned more here than I did at the store where I set up my own AT&T account and moved off my Dads.
Now, we were probably here about an hour and a half getting everything set up and information transferred over from T-​Mobile to AT&T. Jose was nothing short of awesome. My Mom isn’t what I would call tech savvy, and he answered all of her technical phone related questions without any condescending attitude and with nothing but total sincerity. He gets three whole stars to himself. The other staff was, from what I could see, just as patient with clients who came in, and everyone got helped within 5 minutes if all associates were occupied when someone came in. I’d go out of my way to come to this store.
