Dave went above and beyond to make sure my trophies were ready. The trophies were delayed getting to the shop. He stayed after hours to engrave them, and even delivered them to me. I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates customer service and loyalty!

AAC is fast, easy to work with, and provides a high-​quality product. They turned some plaques for my business in 1 day with a minimal rush job charge. Will continue to use them in the future.

I ordered trophies for my son’s soccer team, and when I got the package late on Friday, two of the trophies were broken. I immediately called Athletic Awards, and the guy who answered the phone instantly remembered my order, apologized for the issue, took down the names of the boys whose trophies were broken, and special ordered them right away. I got the two trophies by Monday! Great service, especially when dealing with an issue. I will definitely go through them again during next season.

I just wanted to recognize the great service received last week from Athletic Awards.
My son plays select soccer and his team won their Fall League. The team captains decided on Monday morning to celebrate the achievement on Sunday and I wanted to get the kids a trophy for the occasion. The time window would have normally been short, but all the more so considering last week was Thanksgiving!
I called Athletic Awards on Monday evening right before their closing time and spoke with Jerry who was super nice and welcoming. I explained that I had a small order (13 trophies) that needed to be ready by Saturday at the latest. I was bracing for bad news but instead he said he would make sure they got done in time. He explained what he needed and then I sent an email later that night. I was still a bit in disbelief, as it seemed too easy. But there really was no reason to fear. I called them Tue morning to check and at first it took them a couple minutes to find my email (so make sure you get confirmation that they received your order to be on the safe side). In the end, the result was much better than expected. I got my order first thing in the morning on Friday! Not only it was earlier than anticipated but did I mention Thursday was Thanksgiving??? To top this off, as I was picking up, I asked if, in the event that I had made a mistake, they would be able to make a single replacement and they told me that not only they would gladly make a correction but also they would not charge me for it! Now, that is well above and beyond — I had zero expectation that they would cover my own error. So what else can I say — Top level customer service. They have earned 100% of my future business (small as it may be).

So nice to work with a small business that’s totally focused on customer service. I accidentally knocked over one of our school trophies and was upset to see I’d broken the soccer player on top. Definitely did not want to tell the boys I had broken their trophy! Called Athletic Awards and they replaced the top while I waited at no charge. Fantastic!

There is FAST and then there is SUPER FAST. These guys are SUPER fast. I will return, recommend.

Ordered the morning before my banquet and the plaques were ready the next day and perfect. Super friendly staff that were very helpful in getting me what I needed. Will use them again for sure.

Excellent customer service, great job, best company for engraving ideas and awards solutions! I am very impressed with the way my order was treated and how the company handled the error: missing missing anniversary numbers in the front. When I called them and brought it up, the company representative apologized and assured me that I will receive another set of medals in the mail in two days. And I did !

I have worked with Athletic Awards Company two years in a row since transitioning to a new job. Each year we give out plaques for excellence and I decided to go with Athletic Awards because they were local and their prices were good.
Not only have I found AA to have a huge variety of products (even some hard to find ones!) I’ve found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and their service is super speedy. Their Customer Service is excellent from the beginning of your project to the end and you will be very happy with the finished product. I have been very satisfied with them.
If you need a trophy, plaque, award or personalized item, I’d definitely recommend AA. I’d also ask for Jerry, he rocks!

These guys are great! Had a short notice order they took care of it on time. When I showed up there was a mistake on the engraving and the total quantity. They fixed everything right on the spot in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the missing trophy!

Stupid me, waited till the VERY last minute to purchase a corporate gift for an employee who was retiring. I called at 9 am in a panic, expecting them to tell me they couldn’t accomodate my request. Boy was I wrong. These guys bent over backwards to get this beautiful acrylic clock engraved for me (with the company logo) in a matter of hours.
I’m definitely coming back. I’m blown away at their competitive pricing and their outstanding customer service.

Not to make anyone blush, but Athletic Awards does have the best customer service of anyplace ever. It’s too bad they only engrave things and make awards! I’d dine here, have them decorate my home, buy sportswear here… you get the point. Their product is always perfect, and I always leave feeling so happy. If you get awards at any other shop in town, you are really missing something. I am thrilled to see that other posters have had my same experience. Thank you Athletic Awards!

I am such a big fan of this place! They are so professional and deliver quality products at reasonable prices. The whole thing was headache free! Rush jobs don’t scare them one bit. I had them refit a old turkey bowl trophy for a new tournament and it looks seamless and amazing! Athletic Awards Company is my go to spot for anything award related!

This place has the best customer service of any place I have experienced.
I placed an order at 8 am on A Saturday, Chris calls me back at 9am an confirms the order, calls me to alert when the order is ready to pick up — the same day!

I ordered trophies to hand out to my team and they were ready in just a few days. I then forgot to pick them up and needed them for Sunday. I called on Friday and I was told that they were open 9 – 1 Saturday. Well…1 came and went. I called around 2:30 praying someone would answer… and they did! I do not remember the guys name unfortunately but he was willing to go all the way back to the store even though they were already closed so I could get my trophies. Stellar experience! I will be back next time I need awards!

Solid and professional. delivered exactly what i wanted… did not matter if it was a plaque or cup… they were interested in the business and getting it right. They got it done within two days of asking and delivered quality goods.

This place seriously delivers if you are in search of personalized awards. I use this place for work every year and they have never failed me! Customer service is their top priority and boy it helps when you’re in a time crunch. I’ve ordered engraved clocks to plaques and have even placed my order less than a week from when I need it and they get the job done. Everyone I’ve talked to is very helpful and though I don’t worry about the prices since it’s not coming out of my wallet, I do notice that their prices are reasonable and affordable. Perfect place to get your award needs for work, school, sports, etc.
BTW, you can’t miss them on Republican with their gold-​yellow painted building and ginormous trophy that you can probably see from the freeway. This place is awesome!

Our promotions person decided to close shop right before our big order was needed. Dave and Monte stepped up to the plate in amazing fashion. In two weeks we had all of the artwork done and 1000 gift bags and 1000 bottles in hand. They listened to our needs, didn’t try to SELL something we didn’t want and really helped. We will use Athletic Awards for all of our uniform needs also. GREAT JOB! We also used the company to print 1000 t-​shirts for another time sensitive promotion and again, they were delivered ahead of schedule.
