I found a car on a Saturday morning at the dealership, immediately contacted them, and started negotiations by telling them I was at work until 5pm and couldn’t get there until 6pm. After a very short conversation, I agreed to pay almost full price for a used vehicle (only $ 300 off asking price) because I knew I wanted it. They ran my credit, we agreed to terms, I had pictures and inspection report, and I told them I wanted it and I considered it mine. They sold it while I was on my way there. Now I have an inquiry on my credit, no car, and an extremely sour taste in my mouth. This is your typical dealer that is greed driven and unethical. The salesperson, although responsive and polite, was inexperienced and the finance and management personnel never had the decency to contact me. Go somewhere else!

We purchase a «near» new A6 (~1400 miles, dealer demo) from Tyrone Lawrence this past week and the total car buying experience was first class, end-​to-​end. My wife used to sell cars so not only can she stealthily ask some good questions, she knows quality service and experience (or not) when she sees it.
While we were only mildly in the market for a new car (the 8-​year old Murano was running great), we spotted a terrific deal online for a relatively new A6 at a competitive price. We had never owned an Audi but have had several friends and family members very happy with their Audis so we were interested in taking a look. The car was listed at University Audi near UW so we started our journey there. Upon entering the dealership, Joseph Seymour greeted us with a question that immediately impressed me: «Welcome to University Audi! Is there someone I can help you find?» Note the difference from the standard, aggressive, «Are you working with someone?» line to corral a customer 10 seconds after entering a store. Joseph quickly determined that the car was actually at the Lynnwood dealership and made a connection with Tyrone immediately to see the car. He connected us via texted to prep us for a visit that afternoon.
When we arrived at the Audi Lynnwood dealership we worked with Tyrone Lawrence who was extremely friendly, fun to work with and knowledge about Audi and the car we were looking at. The A6 was/​is AWESOME so we were smitten immediately with the car. Tyrone worked seamlessly to get us a great rate and paperwork went extremely smooth.
After less than a week, we absolutely love the A6!!! If you are even mildly in the market, we strongly recommend a visit to either university Audi or Lynnwood Audi. Both Tyrone and Joseph and the team are outstanding!

Love them! Joseph S. helped me get into a 2016 Audi A4 and I’m so happy! He was patient with me because it took me about two months to figure out what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and I felt like I was purchasing a car from a friend :)

Had a GREAT experience working with Cory, John and Amir. They patiently dealt with me as I vacillated between two different cars, and when it came time to scheduling the car pickup, their entire team was EXTREMELY accommodating. The service here is top notch, if you are not happy they will make it right and the pistons in our engine needed to be replaced and we were past our warranty, they didn’t even hesitate just replaced them because they felt it was the right thing to do. They are very honest. Will be buying another car from them in the future.

Customer service is great and always there to help with any questions. Someone is always available to answer a call and get maintenance scheduled (even with short notice). Sales team is excellent and answered all questions about purchasing, leasing, etc… Ben Moses recently helped me lease my car and the overall process was smooth and easy. Definitely will continue to work with him in the future.

Buying a car can be a scary thing. I was so happy that I was able to work with Ben Moses, who made it a really comfortable experience. My husband’s coworker recommended him, and I can see why. He was patient, he answered tons of our questions. He clearly explained everything, comparing lease terms to purchase/​loan terms. He was very responsive whenever I had a follow up question. He was extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he has a passion for what he does.

The staff in the service department are efficient and extremely professional. I use this service center for all my repair and maintenance needs. There was one time last year when the wrong tire was ordered for my car and I had to wait another week while driving on my spare, and it was inconvenient. But they were apologetic and speedy when the right one was ready.
I wish there were a 4.7 star I could use on Unilocal.Thats my real rating!

I visited several dealerships before going to University Audi and was about ready to just keep my Jeep due to the horrible sales experiences… and then I met James Roberts. He is truly amazing to work with and a great guy. He understood my budget, explained my options, and then when I decided on which car I wanted he went above and beyond to make sure I received the best of everything from the sales process, financing, and then even put a bow on the car (because who doesn’t want a bow?!) Being female the car buying process can be daunting, but James was so respectful and kept everything very simple and stress free. THANK YOU! I will definitely be back and have already started telling all of my friends and family how awesome of an experience this has been with James and the whole University Audi crew.

My wife and I recently visited University Audi and had the good fortune to be assisted by James Roberts. He is the epitome of what all sales consultants should be. Listened to our concerns, thoroughly explained the SUV product line, compared them to those of the competition, about which he was also knowledgeable, arranged for us to take a personal test drive, explained purchase options. We have visited numerous dealerships and have encountered many sales persons, but James stands out as being an outstanding representative of the dealership and of the product. If Audi is a consideration for you, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to meet with James.

You know, I’ve debated whether or not to even write this review. I feel that negative reviews require more thought than positive ones because I don’t want to write anything that’s unfair that’s born of the heat of the moment. So, my story… First, I want to say that Graham and the rest of the service department are really, really professional and friendly. But then again, who isn’t? I mean, it’s the service industry so I figure that if you’re not a people person, you found another job long ago. So, I have this old 2002 Audi S4 that I adore and unfortunately, it had started misfiring. I took it in and after about three visits, four weeks, and $ 2,900 they gave the car back to me – completely unfixed. Their recommendation was to get a new engine, which of course struck me as a hint that they wanted me to go away. Anyway, I brought the car to South Lake European and they found the issue (an electrical issue with one of the valves) and everything works great now.
To be fair, the car is old as dirt (13 years /​175k miles) and University Audi did seem to start out on the right track (sensing an electrical issue, they changed the spark plugs at first) so I do give them some credit. But giving them a month and nearly $ 3k to not fix it and then turning around and giving it to someone else who fixed it for $ 1k — I can’t help but feel a little cheated.
But the S4 is somewhat of an end of an era for me. I now have two kids and a few weeks ago, my wife and I decided it’s time to get an dreaded SUV (nooooo!!!). I suggested that we stop by University Audi and look at a Q3 and a Q5. She looked at me like I was a moron.

I would have wrote this review sooner but it dawned on me that I never rec’d a follow up call from the supervisor.
DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your stuff stolen from your car. I brought my car here back in October 2014 for my 50k service and found out that my *discontinued* Seahawks beanie was missing. I keep my car clean and clutter-​free so I know EXACTLY what was in there when I left it. I brought this to the technician’s attention and he said to me «I know my guys and can guarantee that no one took it». ok, so tell me why it’s not there?! He told me he would go back and ask the crew, «check» the garbage can, etc. Duh of course no one is going to own up to STEALING something. that would be ridiculous. I was beyond pissed off and was given the director of service’s phone number to follow up on Monday (I came on a Saturday). In the end, they «checked» the cameras and couldn’t find it (again, your crew probably knew where all the blind spots are anyways), and they offered to replace the beanie. —- I had put this on hold since I had to find another beanie I wanted and I also had traveling plans. — Time has passed, totally forgot about this but there was no follow up! Honestly, it’s not even about the beanie, it’s about safety and trust and they’ve lost my service forever. I will never come back here, even if they were the last Audi dealership in WA!!!

If you are a woman, DO NOT patronize any University Audi/​VW location. They are lying, misogynistic weasels of the first order. They assume that if you are female, you know nothing about cars and will simply fall back onto your fainting couch while the men handle the automotive duty. But then they will charge you like crazy for all sorts of things you don’t need, and then when those repairs don’t hold, it becomes your fault — for driving like a woman of course — I do not know how Phil Spagnioli sleeps at night, with all those lies and underhanded tactics on his conscience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, or it will cost you. Barrier in Bellevue has outstanding service (Audi pricing, too, but at least they back up their work, and treat me like a human with a brain).

Everyone was super polite and the service was quick! They even offered to pull up the car even though it was like 30 feet away so I wouldn’t get wet in the rain! I came in for a quick oil change for my boyfriends car. I drive a BMW but I kinda wish I had an audi so I could get it serviced here. They lost a star because the gal at the end who handled my transaction was rude. Literally threw my paperwork back at me … Anywhoooo! Other than that everyone/​thing else was awesome!

I’ve been taking my TT here since purchase. The showroom is immaculate. The wait times are minimal. But where University Audi really differentiates themselves is customer service. Simply put, I have never had a better dealership experience.
Graham Campbell and the rest of the guys are knowledgable, friendly and prompt.
Everything you could ask for. Highly recommend.

Worst service experience ever. A week before I created an online appointment for a standard 35k scheduled service, received a confirmation email and arrived 15mins early for my Fri, 8AM appointment. There were 6 service agents and 4 customers so this should be a quick checkin and I would be on my way to work.
Nobody could find my paperwork, there was chaos and confusion so the service agent had me fill out missing paperwork and bumped this up to Supervisor. I sat in the service room waiting and watching as the Supervisor drank coffee, ate cookies and joked with his staff.
Happy crew, great for them.
After 30 mins of not being helped, I had to get to work so departed.

I recently purchased a used Audi (from a private party) and was looking forward to convenient service because I live less than a mile from the dealer. Instead of winning over a first-​time Audi owner, University Audi delivered the worst customer service experience that I have ever had from any dealer or mechanic.
I took this car to the dealer for a pre-​purchase inspection. They found a fault code in the computer related to the automatic door locks, but said that it was not current and nothing to worry about. Later that day — after I purchased the car — I noticed that the problem was, in fact, current. I went back to the dealer and they spent a few minutes looking at the problem in greater detail (which they should have done in the morning). Then they informed me that it would cost more than $ 750 to fix it. They refunded the $ 160 that I paid for the pre-​purchase inspection and gave me some ridiculous excuse about intermittent electrical problems.
Rather than start a debate with the service adviser, I decided that I would call the service manager Phil Spagnoli instead. I left Phil a message later that day, explaining the circumstances. I asked him to please talk with his staff to get the details of the situation, and then call me back. After three weeks, and no return phone call, I left another voicemail message. After another week without any response, I left a third message and sent an email message.
Phil finally called me back (with no apology for the month-​long delay) and immediately went on the defensive. When I explained the situation, he said, «This is why we hate doing pre-​purchase inspections.» It seems to me that a pre-​purchase inspection is the perfect opportunity to gain a new customer, but that is apparently not how he views it. Keep in mind that I did not come back to the dealer a month or a week or even a day after the inspection to complain about the problem. I came back less than three hours after they competed the inspection.
My proposed resolution was that they complete the repair at cost — not for free — which I thought was reasonable. They could have acted with integrity, not spent any money, and won a new customer in the process. Phil said flat out that he was not willing to do the repair at cost, but would have a service advisor call me later that day to tell me «what they would be willing to do.»
After a bit of web research and a few phone calls, I found a great mechanic in the neighborhood — and their regular price for the repair was well below the token «discount» that the service advisor eventually offered.
I hate to feed the stereotype about car dealerships being a nightmare, but this is an instance where the shoe fits.

I tried to by a used car sight unseen off of the internet. After agreeing to an offer received in writing from the dealership and providing a credit card for a deposit, the dealership informed me that a mistake was made and the price would be $ 2,000 higher.
Obviously disappointed I asked them to reconsider while I thought of what I wanted to do. I offered to split the difference and the dealership refused to honor the price they had offered, or accept my compromise.
University Audi cannot be trusted.

Word to University Audi-​NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT’S COVER. This would have been our 4^th Audi purchase in the last 5 years, but I am happy to take my business to Barrier Audi in Bellevue. You should check them out, Lucas Soltman has been great to us in the past.
My husband and I currently have a Q5, we realized soon after our baby was born that we needed more space. So, I checked out the inventory at Barrier and University Audi, and University had the package and color of the Q7 we wanted. So we drove in, and was greeted with, do you have an appointment. Uh, do you need an appointment to BUY A CAR? After finding someone to «help» us, I quickly felt like we were teenagers walking through the dealership. That dismissed feeling is horrible!
We have a very active baby, so I was straight to the point, we like this car, this is what I want my payments to be, can this work? I was supremely insulted when were asked if we could qualify for the interest rate we currently have on our loan. WTF? How about some tact? Dennis Navas our salesperson did not want to make a sale apparently. You have left a VERY BAD IMPRESSION UNIVERSITY AUDI! Maybe next time, you should treat all customers with the same respect, money spends the same.
