The car stayed in the shop longer than I was told it would be there. The communication with the customers could be better. Few times when I called, I was told they had no records on my car being in the shop.

So despite my better judgement based on google reviews I decided to use this shop. Mostly because they are a «preferred provider» from my insurance company.
They basically just had to replace a painted bumper on my truck to match the one that use to be there. If it would have required some skill I’m sure they would have screwed that up just like they did when «matching» the paint.
Everyone knows it’s pretty hard to match certain colors, unlike my previous red truck my new one being black isn’t one of those colors.
I had just been to the shop the day before where it remained untouched and as I dropped it off so to say I was surprised when I got a call saying it was ready I had my doubts. I arrived a little early and they were «just finishing it up «when I got there. When they brought it around I did what anyone would do, I looked over it long and hard. What happened next is why this review tanks.
I pointed out that the shades were noticeably different. (Mind you it’s cloudy and far harder to notice than if it were sunny) they quickly defended their work… Which is fine cause no one wants to do stuff twice. When I asked them a series of questions each answer continued to put another nail in the coffin. Once I had asked these questions I then used their answers against them point out how they had not managed to blend or buff the truck. That they basically put on some plastic and called it a day. Hell, they only washed ¾ of my truck before they gave it back to me. How were they going to expect me to believe they did their best???
Long and short of it, I tried to to my insurance company a favor because the person who hit me had the same company. A company which is known for serving military families specifically. They referred me to a shop that does half assed work, then defends the wrong or half assed work to avoid presenting the customer with a quality finished product. As a result I will likely just take my truck somewhere to have the whole thing sanded down and repainted.

Odd that they have all 5 stars because that is completely the opposite of my experience with them…
They are GEICO preferred shop, so we used them because apparently this means that repairs are done faster and GEICO says they guarantee repairs.
Car was dropped off with them ⁵⁄₂₇. We rear-​ended a vehicle and the front end was damaged including radiator. Long story short:
We picked vehicle up– on our drive home vehicle overheated and coolant ran out on ground.
Vehicle was towed back to them, they replaced coolant, looked over radiator work and said car was set for pick up again. On our drive home vehicle overheated and coolant ran out again.
Vehicle was towed back and Pete indicates it is a water pump issue and sent car to BMW of Bellevue. BMW of Bellevue without actually checking water pump gave us quotes for water pump and said that it was not something that would have been damaged in accident.
We leave and take to our own mechanic who has maintained the car and find out that there is NO water pump issue but that the radiator that was put in the car was made in Indonesia (not German/​BMW radiator as listed on all paperwork) AND screws/​bolts hoses were not compatible with BMW German engineering. Our mechanic said the radiator could not have cost more than $ 300, although our paperwork listed part at about $ 1800, he also indicated that the headlight that AutoNation repaired was not new and was very dim/​cracked.
Finally, the hydraulic lever that keeps vehicle hood up does not work and the hood (that they supposedly replaced) has dent.
All I can say is IF you’ve had your car repaired here, I’d recommend you get another mechanic to check their work. Maybe with other cars they’re able to get by on cheap parts unnoticed… however our vehicle has been inoperable every since they replaced the radiator…
And of course after all this, they are indicating they will order the proper parts and replace but why wasn’t that done the first three times they had the car instead of trying to convince us the car had other issues???
Will be contacting BBB, attorney general and whoever else with all our documentation because this has been a nightmare that others should avoid.

I was in a car accident and needed repairs to my car. I used auto nation and my experience with them was awesome. Pete is who I worked with and he is so friendly and personable. I appreciated the text updates because I am so busy during the day I can’t take phone calls. Everything went so smoothly, they told me if parts were in or if something went wrong right away. I will definitely use them again!
