Our entry course is Breathwerx, which guides you into the essential components of breath awareness and how the breath can be used to drive activity and facilitate short and long term recovery.

You’ll apply these breathing techniques to the fullest as you go into the best workouts of your life in Pathfinder I and II. These sessions are ever-​changing, utilizing the most challenging and up-​to-​date ideas and methods. However, you won’t need any experience to reap the benefits of these classes since each student is guided by talented certified coaches who are not only deeply knowledgeable in our unique methods and philosophy but who are also deeply committed to exemplifying these principles in their lives.
