I love this location — the young ladies who work here are so friendly and helpful. They never complain when I come in to get my mom’s handpacked tub of ice cream. It’s clean, fast service, easy parking and generously scooped. Deals on the 31^st of each month!

1 star is the most horrible experience I’ve ever have with cake. And its bad enough that I spend my time to rate it.
Order a bd cake for son, called ahead to see if its ready and informed it was.
Came to store, register guy is clueless. My cake didnt have writing on it and i did requested it & confirmed of the writing when ordered. So the guy wrote happy birthday at the spot for me with UGLY color & handwriting.
The cake was very messy with little spots all over the place.
My bd party was 1hr away and it was a chinese owned so I decided to let go and not make a fuss because it is worthless to do so.
Please make yourself a favor & dont order your cake here, its horrible tasting & filled with artificial color. No real taste at all.

It’s a chain store so can’t rate much on their prices and quality. The location is pretty central — a small drive to Chinatown, Lake WA/​the park, many food other businesses around.
There’s usually high school students working that give generous scoops!

I do love ice cream! Baskin-​Robbins has always been a childhood favorite of mine and their quality has remained the same over the years… yummy. If you go to their website you can sign up for their club and not only get a free cone on your birthday but get a monthly buy one get one free coupon as well as find out their flavor of the month. Great for those of us on a budget! I only give them 4 stars because the poor girl working behind the counter was the only one there on a busy, sunny afternoon. They really need an additional employee on days like this. She was a trooper, though, and kept on smiling while working at a decent pace to get through the line of 11 folks when I was there. There are always customers there whenever I drive by or stop in! Great little neighborhood location.

I love my praline ‘n pecan (kids’ scoop in a sugar cone). The staff was nice but a bit inefficient.
Having tried fancy and gourmet ice creameries, anything you see at Baskin Robbins does not look as good as it used to. It is definitely much cheaper than Molly Moon’s, but it is not as good as Molly Moon’s for sure.
I was not thrilled about all the nutrition facts (informative, but how depressing!) and a fee for using a debit/​credit card.

I know I have written a review for Molly Moo’s and many people who I have talked to say that once you try «gourmet» ice cream there is no going back to the old stuff. I, however, disagree. While I am an avid fan of the organic ice cream fad that is sweeping my lovely city I am also a sucker for a good old walk down memory lane. I don’t go for their blended concoctions (though my friends who are bottomless pits assure me they are tasty) but with their multitude of flavors, there are a lot of choices and a lot to love about Baskin-​Robbins. They have toppings (sprinkles, gummy bears, oreo…) and more flavors than I can wrap my head around. Hey it might not be the great eating experience that some look for but on a hot afternoon, this is a sure fire hit.

They had all the nutrition facts posted. Depressing. But I sure did enjoy my German Chocolate Cake ice cream – calories be damned!
What’s really noteworthy is the fact that a person in a chicken costume alongside a teenage boy with pigtails came in to order ice cream while we were there. And the staff didn’t bat an eye. I guess you can’t be too surprised at anything on Ranier Ave though.

I found the staff at this location very friendly and eager to serve, and may be a family-​run business? And all 31 flavors were represented. :) I also liked this location because it didn’t feel as though I’d walked into a deep freeze to get some ice cream. One may have to compete for parking with the convenience store next door, but I can think of worse things.
