For Labor Day weekend my group took Beeline Tours out to the Gorge for the three Dave Matthews Band concerts. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the bus for the cost, and could not have been happier with our driver James Ross. If all drivers in this company are as cool as James, you guys are doing something right. James remained professional while also having fun with the group, and tended to any special request made. He went above and beyond with customer service and truly took the weekend up a notch. Way to go James!

Finally I have found an awesome tour bus company. I booked a wine/​city tour for 14 family and friends who had come into Seattle. I worked with a very helpful woman named Lindsey who recommended an itinerary that worked out better than what I had planned. The driver Dave was fantastic and full of local color and knowledge. The price was reasonable and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted. The bus was clean and didn’t have that industrial cleaner smell that I have experienced in the past. They worked with me when I had to change up the pickup and dropoff time a couple of days before the tour. No extra charge. How awesome was that? I am going to lose the business card for Starline tours. Goodbye.

Nice informative trip from Sammamish to Wenatchee river in Cashmere for river rafting. Spacious seats and nice ride.

I regularly use charter bus services for events that I plan at work. I have had some really bad experiences with other companies in Seattle. Meghan was a big help! She is professional and made sure that everything worked out well for our group. She even accommodated a late change to our reservation with no problem. The buses that we used were clean and the drivers were on time and very friendly.
I will definitely used their services again!

We had an excellent driver, Ron. He was fun, friendly, and very accommodating.

This place is a joke. Booked them for our wedding — here’s some of what happened:
— Very unresponsible contact (Lindsay).
— Check got sent back because «they were moving that week» so I had to send twice.
— Bus broke down on way to venue, was 20 mins late. Worst part was that I had to take time from my wedding photos to continuously call them while my guests were back at the hotel standing around in the lobby.
— They eventually sent 2 smaller buses (not what I paid for), and the big bus behind it once it was fixed. Then, big bus broke down AGAIN at venue. Here’s the crazy part: instead of sending the same 2 smaller buses again which worked on the outbound trip, they sent one medium bus KNOWING THAT IT WOULD BE TOO SMALL. Having learned my lesson, I stepped out from my own party to ask if they were all set, and they informed me that they sent the medium size bus, which was 8 seats too small for all the guests that came on the 2 smaller buses. When I asked what these 8 guests were supposed to do, they informed me that they «assumed these 8 guests could stand in the aisle» while driving through downtown Seattle.
— Buses were late on both routes.
— Emailed Lindsay to express my feedback, to which she basically replied «we did our job — no refund for you.»
Only positive thing was that the bus driver, Ronald, was a good guy and tried his best to make it work. When your company fails you this badly, there’s nothing you can do, but he hung in there. Hopefully, a better transportation company will scoop him up.
Avoid these guys at all costs!

Shoutout to Ronald! He’s so nice and his service was extraordinary. He really went above and beyond to help DECA students get to where they’re going in a timely and safe manner.

We rented a 56 passenger bus for our wedding day to transport out of town guests from a downtown hotel, to the church, and then to the reception.
I worked with Meghan via email to book the service. She was very prompt and answered all of my questions. She also worked with me to fit the price into our budget.
As the bride, I didn’t ride the bus on the wedding day, but it was prompt and stayed on schedule. All of the guests had very positive feedback.
Would recommend.

I recently used Beeline Tours for a company event in which we took 90+ employees from downtown Seattle to Leavenworth, WA for a day trip. I worked primarily with Meghan. She made the reservation process easy and simple. Our drivers for the day were Gary and Christina, and they were fantastic! They were incredibly professional and were great sports with our somewhat crazy group :)

I always go to Beeline when we are in town and need transport. meghan is the best and a pleasure to work with. Such professionalism. If you are not satisfied with their service, then you must never be satisfied with anyone, cause they are the best!

I just called and spoke to Megan. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional.
I will never use them or refer any business of any level to them.
She had a bad attitude over the phone and extremely rude to me.
Sounds like she was having a bad day, if so — then a suggestion DON’T PICK UP THE PHONE.
As a travel professional, digusted !!!
If she can’t handle a phone call w/​courtesy and professionalism, then why in the world would I ever give them any business.

I have used Beeline Tours Ltd for our business trips and all visits come back positive. The Owner, Michael, has been great at communicating to me about feedback for our trips. I have been working closely with The Operations Manager, Meghan, and has provided prompt and friendly communications about current and future trips. Vehicles we have rented have been great and the driver prompt and friendly as well. Overall the service they provided was amazing and will continue to use them for future business trips.

I recently worked with Meghan to set up a charter for people with special needs. Although we had to add a bus, change bus types and sizes several times she was a joy to work with. I couldn’t have been happier with the charter — the busses arrived on time with pleasant, professional drivers. I will definitely use Beeline Tours again!

I worked with Meghan and she was helpful, professional, and very personable. The driver of our coach was very pleasant (and tolerant of our crazy group). My experience with Beeline was very good from start to finish. They will be my go to coach service for our company.

The 23 passenger van is to be avoided until they service it properly. The van was riding on the springs the whole way because the shocks were overloaded, or blown. The van needed an alignment because the van kept swerving side to side in the lane because of an apparent misalignment. Driver seemed to be clueless about the condition of the vehicle… which is a separate issue.

I worked with Michael today to reserve a 21 passanger coach for our family reunion which will turn into a surprise wedding… He was fantastic to work with, great rates and no problems what so ever! I am looking forward our party bus rental. I will review after the event too!
