History

Established in 1955.

Bischofberger Violins, a beautiful shop filled with wonderful instruments, was opened by Hermann Bischofberger in 1955. It still maintains an old world feel even after a devastating fire in 2001. Today, it is owned and operated by Hermann’s son Kenneth who attended the Violin Making School in Brienz Switzerland. Definately a place to visit even if you don’t play an instrument.
