Love this building. Great location, good communicative management and great pricing compared to newer buildings popping up around the city. You have to keep in mind that it is a building built in the 1920s but creaky stairs and slightly thin walls only add to the overall feel of the Blackstone. They could use a couple more washing machines since there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole building, carefully planned laundry days made this a non-issue.
