Blackstone Limousine

My firm uses Blackstone all the time for the past 5 years. Everyone at the firm is super particular too. We trust them and only them to drive our executives.
So, I decided to use them too on my own and they do a great job. They were on time and helped us load up our luggage. When we returned they are literally waiting on the curb for us right outside the baggage claim door. The drivers are courteous and friendly.

Great service. Bruce was very professional. They do a great job of keeping me up to date on where they are and when they will arrive with a reminder 12 hours on advance which was comforting.

I rented a stretch limo for both my Bachelorette Party and Wedding Day. We got a 10% discount for booking two events, and a 10% discount for paying cash.
We got a free upgrade to a party bus for the Bachelorette Party! The vehicle seemed brand new. It was very clean and had a great sound system. Our driver was amazing, she was very friendly and easy going.
We had a white stretch limo for the Wedding. Again, beautiful and clean vehicle with a very friendly driver.
For both events the drivers were on time, very professional, and drove responsibly.
Would definitely use in the future and recommend to friends.

Wow, with all the reviews I really wanted to try their limousine service. But they will not contact you back, whats the deal? How can I be sure that they will show up at an arranged time if they can’t perform simple customer service and return emails or phone calls. It’s been 5 days with no response from an email and 3 phone calls with no return calls. Guess I’m moving on to another limo service, wouldn’t recommend this company

Good Samaritan Act. While driving to the airport, the shuttle I was on got a flat. Blackstone’s turned around and gave us a ride and then continued on to take me to my hotel. Immaculately clean, comfortable, first class ride. Travel with Tyler if you want to drive in style and comfort.

All the drivers I’ve had experience with are long-​time professionals, known for their reliability and professionalism. The office always goes out of their way to accommodate our wishes and changes.
It must be tough being a fivestar company dealing with one starr patrons with taxi expectations. But their endurance through the long recession, still on top of their game, says something about the quality service we’ve come to expect.

It seems to me that a car service has two tasks: picking you up at one location, and dropping you off at another. Seeing as our driver failed to complete exactly half these tasks, I’d say this service receives an F. Extra points taken off for being belligerent with my wife on the phone, and not even dispatching a new car 25 minutes after being informed that our drivers had been switched. The cab we caught may not have been super clean, but at least it got us home.

I took my niece and four nephews, one with special needs, to the Wiggles concert in Seattle. I thought they would get a kick out of going in a limo. Not to mention how easy it would be for me not having to deal with parking and so many kids.
I researched many limo services in the area, the majority wouldn’t even return my requests for quotes or information. I called Blackstone limo service and talked to a real knowledgable employee who gave me a quote and nicely answered all my questions. When I called back to book the limo I was able to talk to Tyler who helped me through the process. He told me who would be our driver and what to expect. The day of the concert our driver Scott showed up early, made sure all the seat belts were ready for the kids, patiently waited for us to take pictures and let the kids ooo and ahh over the limo. without being asked Scott told us he would make additional runs for us if any child couldn’t make it through the entire concert. We got to the concert with plenty of time to spare and thank goodness because when I left the sings for the kids to hold up during the concert in the trunk and called Scott frantically to come back he calmly and happily did in record time. when the concert ended Scott was waiting for us out side with the door open and a big smile. my two year old niece was happy to see him and the «big car» Scott drove the long way back so the kids could have Fun watching people look at us and the lights in the ceiling. Scott was also very kind to chat with one of the boys through the partition of the car as he drove.
we all had a great day and the blackstone team, especially Scott, made it easy.
side note… one of the boys no longer wants to be a professional baseball player he wants to be a limo driver.

We rented a limo for a night at Teatro ZinZanni. We had a large party, and were attending the same night as Bumbershoot. Since parking would likely be impossible we decided to rent a limo.
I have no other limo rentals to compare with, but our experience with Blackstone was excellent. Prior to rental e-​mail communication was quick and thorough. On the day of rental they showed up early, and parked around the corner in case we were having a surprise party. That was thoughtful.
The limo was well equipped with clean drink glasses, champagne flutes, and ice. The neon lights were also fun.
Our driver, Roberto, was professional and very polite. As mentioned above, he was early to pick us up but encouraged us to take as much time as we like before leaving. After ZinZanni he was waiting right out front for us.
We had a great night, and I can’t imagine any way to improve upon the part that Blackstone limo played in it.
