Bob helped our family get our first home that we love!
Bob worked really hard in our best interest. We really felt that he wanted a good home for our family as much as we did. He never pressured us to consider a house we didn’t 100% like. As soon as we said, «We don’t feel this is the one» he would immediately say, «Ok, let’s keep looking».
He is not only honest and sincere… he also knows his stuff.
He is well experienced and knows when a house is in solid condition. He knows about good roofing, siding, structural quality, etc. In the end, we could basically trust Bob if he said, «This is a good house».
In conclusion, we were able to find a very charming house, in the right neighborhood, and enough space for our growing family. We have already been recommending Bob to our friends.
PS. Did I mention we were able to close on the house in only 3 weeks?

My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn’t really know where to start in the whole process. It happened by chance that Bob was our landlord and had mentioned that if we ever were looking to buy a home, he could help us out. After doing our homework and getting our finances together, we were ready to start our house shopping in April 2013.
Given the current housing market, it was very challenging to find something that would work for our growing family. Due to the rising home prices, rising interest rates, all-​time low inventory and bidding wars, things were not looking so good.
Over the course of two months, we made 3 offers: two ended up being in back up position and the other was a short sale that foreclosed right after we made an offer and was auctioned off on the courthouse steps.
Despite all the frustration, Bob patiently guided us through each step and always had our back. Bob was right there, ready to help us find the best house that would work for our family.
In the end, the very slim chance of the first buyer walking away actually happened, and we were able to buy our first home for under the asking price. If Bob had not suggested us to take back-​up position, we might have thrown in the towel and given up on house shopping altogether.
We now own a home that we love and are so grateful for having a fantastic team who truly pulled out all the stops to make it happen.
We truly feel we lucked out with the best realtor around. He is professional, responsible, trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. He always made sure to dot every «i» and cross every «t». We highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to get the job done well. Thanks a million Bob!
