I stopped in here to get earbuds for my old earbuds and got great service from start to finish. Was even informed when these headphones finally quit, bring them in and trade them in for credit towards a new pair. Even if your looking, they are never pushy, but if you need anything they step right up, and feel genuine. They usually have the same sales as the big box stores, but I think id rather come here for the service!

I brought in a Bose Soundtouch that had stopped working two days after the warranty had expired. I walking into the store fearing some kind of intense negotiation. Instead, a guy who I assume was the manager insisted on replacing it free of charge, and with one that was now a second generation model. The way the guy was talking, it all felt like a matter of course. Just first-​class service all the way around here. I wouldn’t think about buying sound equipment anywhere else.

Bought QC20i headphones there and fell in love, but they started to short out within about two weeks. Took them in and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a new pair, no questions asked. Consistently great service from these guys!

I choose to buy Bose for not only the quality of their product but the quality of their service and warranty of their products.
I went to Seattle Bose the other day and the service was just what I expect, wonderful. A piece had come loose in the left earbud so I took them in. I had had these headphones for a few years so they were out of warranty — but they replaced them anyways.
Colin helped me decide which choice was right for me, since they have a lot more choices these days. He was excellent, the type of service that I expect from Bose, and especially the one at Pacific Place.

I see a lot of good reviews but I’m quite sure these reviews are based on the friendliness of in store employees and not customer support because the customer support sucks. Just wait until you need a replacement part or need an out of warranty service, see if it’s still a good store as the nickel and diming begins. And you have no recourse at all if you don’t want to shout your credit card number out to everyone in the store or you just want to pay cash. IMO they will be the next company you read about regarding a security breach.

This is a long-​overdue review. On 8÷16÷14, I went to this location to check out the noise-​cancelling headphones. I ended up buying the QC20i. I was enormously pleased with my purchase. Colin was helpful and friendly.
Last month on the way home from Bellevue, my QC20i started squealing. I stopped in. Colin was there to greet me with a smile and strong handshake (maybe the handshake didn’t happen, if not, it should have!). He examined my earphones, we identified the issue, and he sent me away with a new pair of QC20i’s. This last transaction was 15mins start to finish.
Customer service and product knowledge are above reproach. I have yet to be disappointed with my shopping experiences at this store. (I had previously received excellent service at this location when I purchased Bose laptop speakers.) I strongly recommend this store!

I just had a pretty amazing customer experience and felt compelled to write about it. What happened to me exemplifies putting the customer first and standing behind your product.
I bought a Bose Companion 5 speaker set (around four hundred dollars) some three years ago. THREE YEARS AGO. IN NEW YORK. AT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORE.

There was an issue with the set… and long story short… I brought it in to see if there was some sort of warranty situation. After a two minute chat, they just gave me a brand new set for free.
I had come into the store willing to pay up to $ 200 to have it fixed (I knew this was a possibility from some prior research), these guys knew this, and they STILL gave it to me.
I asked them why? They said «We’re Bose.» They didn’t even ask for a receipt or even open the box. IT WAS SO AMAZING IT WAS TOTALLY BIZARRE.
In a world where you don’t even know if the product you are buying is real, it was awesome to go to a place where the sales guys just stood behind their product. Well — it worked. I bought a new pair of headphones on the spot. MANY THANKS STEVE HASS AND CREW!

Went shopping today with my girlfriend for a pair of noise cancelling headphones for each of us for the next long flight. This store was the first step on a small tour to compare a few different models that we had read about online. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and shown the headphones. The sales associate quickly and skillfully demoed how to play some sample music on the headphones and then left us alone to try, quite a rare thing and very appreciated.
Since this was the first store we walked out without purchasing, yet the SA was cheerful and smiled at us. We ended up coming back after deciding that the QC15s were the best headphones (nothing else comes close!) and purchased two on the spot. Great service the entire way through, would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for the best noise cancelling headphones you can buy.

Came here to check out the Quietcomfort 15 headphones while headphone shopping downtown. The store is arranged in a minimalist, easily navigable manner. We walked in and headed straight to the noise cancelling headphones section. There was a nice little display set up with one of each pair (there are three to choose from) set up. The sales associate walked over, gave us a quick lowdown on the major features of each pair, showed us how to generate different sounds to test the headphones on, and let us knock ourselves out.
After checking out a couple of other headphone retailers nearby, we decided on the QC15’s (they were selling at 10% off!) and came back here. The employee who rang us up at the counter was professional, courteous and efficient, and was good enough to inform us of the free yearlong warranty. The checkout process was totally smooth sailing, with my receipt emailed to me as well as put in the bag. Bose products definitely speak for themselves in terms of quality, and it’s great that the flagship stores only help that image.

Awesome service from Jarvis and Steve.
I had a pair of the QC20s which had gotten slightly damaged by a pet. I came in to understand if they could be repaired. They offered to just swap them out since they were still under the warranty! I use Bose products for almost all of my audio needs, and will continue to do so into the future!

I had a wonderful experience at this Bose store. I brought in damaged headphones, about five years old. My specialist, Jarvis, quickly diagnosed the issue, and offered me a choice of a repair (with a chance issue would recur) or a replacement set of headphones at a greatly reduced. I chose the new headphones, and love them.
Service at this location is wonderful, helpful and supportive, eager to please. Jarvis was warm and personable. I recommend this store.

My husband’s noise canceling headphones had broken on a recent business trip. He explored multiple options to get it fixed and as a last resort, took it to the downtown store to see what his options were. The 1 year warranty completely covered it and they gave him a new pair of headphones, free of charge!(plus some extra goodies like extra cables).
Excellent customer service and great product. Will return shortly!

I am convinced that Bose has the best customer service of any larger corporation out there. On two separate occasions I’ve gone in when my headphones weren’t working properly, and both times they gave me a brand new pair, no questions asked. This time I was even outside of my warranty by a few months and they still offered to replace them. I was prepared to buy a new pair because I absolutely love their in-​ear headphones for running (they might be pricey but I beat the crap out of them and they hold up really well), but no need. I am a lifelong Bose customer.

I had purchased some expensive Bose earphones 10 months ago from Amazon. They stopped working properly so I took them in to the shop to see if I could get some help. I had printed out my receipt from Amazon, but didn’t need it. They just confirmed the earphones were malfunctioning and gave me a new replacement pair, took about 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Great service.
