I just completed orthodontic treatment with dr. Hawley and had a great experience! I am a 30 something adult who started out with very crooked/​crowded teeth. Dr. Hawley recommended Clear Correct alligners, which I wore for just over 2 years. The results are amazing! Dr. Hawley is very efficient and professional and I never had to wait at the office. His assistant Sue is equally as professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this office– they are efficient, friendly, and most importantly effective!

I can echo Sara’s experience with Dr Hawley. I had a hard wire retainer from long ago which broke off while i was traveling in Spain! After a few glasses of sangria, I was able to get the old retainer removed fully removed (the wire was only broken on one side initially).
Dr Hawley removed the left over adhesive and fitted me for a modern retainer that i could wear at night (no more 1990’s wire) which further addressed my night time grinding habit — further protecting my teeth.
In sum — Easy scheduling, great result, great value.

I had braces as an adult several years ago in another state, but my permanent retainer recently broke. After calling two other orthodontist offices in the area (including a very popular one in green lake) who were not only confused by my situation (what is so difficult to understand about needing a new retainer??) but quoted me high prices before even coming into the office for my first visit, I called Dr. Hawley’s office. From the first phone conversation through my last visit, I have had nothing but quick, personalized, affordable service. Both Dr. Hawley and his assistant, Sue, are knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. I was able to get a replacement retainer for much cheaper than I anticipated (and cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone by the other places). Highly recommended!

We have been going to Dr. Hawley for 6 years now, through 2 phases of treatment for two boys. Everything has been predictable and highly professional. Dr. Hawley takes the time to explain the treatment to parents and kids in a way we can understand and that gets the kids motivated to participate. He is very patient with the boys when things break (as they inevitably do) and I’m sure has given us several «freebies» when things needed fixing. Sue is Dr. Hawley’s assistant and she is always accessible, friendly and efficient. We can always find free parking and never have to wait. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Hawley and his staff treated my older daughter and are now treating my son. The results for the first child were perfect. Dr. Hawley and his staff are friendly. There is parking. We NEVER have to wait. I have been amazed and thankful for the amazing precision in every part of the whole process. Scheduling, financing, and any kind of information communication is prompt and exactly accurate. Dr. Hawley and his staff are so precisely efficient that it feels a little bit weird compared to the way that the rest of the world does business. Both children did not find the experience unpleasant. This would have been a 5 star review if they were within walking distance from my house.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hawley and his staff. I embarassingly needed a retainer fixed and I needed it done within my incredibly tight budget. It’s so hard to find any service provider who is actually respectful of your time and money any more these days – but Dr. Hawley’s office went out of their way to work with me, my crazy schedule, and my budget – even after my retainer broke twice! And when things were going better with my retainer the second time around, he even was willing to change his mind and go a different path, rather than trying to upsell me something (like many other service providers try to do) – yay! He’s thorough, thoughtful and honest – giving you all the options up front. His assistant, Sue, was lightening fast in getting me in and out of there, calling my insurance to find out costs and giving me directions when I was lost. Go here – you won’t regret it! They’re the best!
