At Buckley & Associates, we are dedicated to providing quality and custom service to all clients facing legal cases involving injured victims. If you have been in an accident and have been injured as the result of someone else’s negligence, we are here to help. Our goal is to ensure clients receive fair compensation quickly and as easy as possible. We are a multi-​lingual practice, where our attorneys are fluent in Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese and English, offering legal services to those in Seattle, Tacoma and throughout the State of Washington.

History

Established in 1983.

In 1983 James Buckley opened Buckley & Associates, a personal injury law firm. Since then the firm has grown in size and has a main office in Seattle and a satellite office in Tacoma. Buckley & Associates handles personal injury claims, which include but are not limited to; auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, and product liability.

The goal of the firm is to ensure that clients receive fair settlements as quickly and easily as possible. Potential clients receive free consultation and no client pays attorney’s fees unless his/​her case is successful.

To best serve clients, hospital and home visits are available.

Meet the Business Owner

James B.

Business Owner

James Buckley served two years in the Vietnam War and was awarded various medals for his service, including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Mr. Buckley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon Law School.

Mr. Buckley worked for three years as a prosecuting attorney in Olympia. Beginning in 1981, he worked as an associate attorney in private practice, and became a partner in a law firm. Mr. Buckley opened Buckley & Associates in Tacoma in 1983.

Today Mr. Buckley continues his legal education by attending seminars and conferences. His emphasis is as a trial lawyer handling serious injuries and wrongful death matters. He is also a hearing examiner with the Washington State Bar Association and serves as an arbitrator for King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

His proudest accomplishments are being a father of three children and building and maintaining a successful law firm.
