History

Established in 2013.

Johnny has lived in Seattle since 1981. Bijia moved here from China in 2013. Early in his career, Johnny was superintendent for R.L. Boillin, building high end homes in Las Vegas, Oregon and Washington. Johnny was Senior project superintendent to build the retractable roof transport system at Safeco Field for the Seattle Mariners, then as the first roof operator and manager of engineering and maintenance. Johnny worked for several local builders and ran multi-​million dollar projects as a project manager and partner. Bijia invested in real estate, flipped and turned many homes in China. She is an expert in remodeling and investments.

Build N Save developed from Bijia and Johnny where they want to help clients with their expertise in design, customer care, and cost/​budget control. Johnny long term relationships with many of the best local subcontractors which helped him be an intrigal part of many successful projects. Bijia brings us Fung Shui experience and remodeling expertise.

Johnny brings us invaluable field experience working on Safeco Field retractable roof to small remodeling projects to large custom homes.
