History
Established in 2011.
Chaco Canyon Organic Cafés are vibrant, ecologically sound restaurants in Seattle’s University District and West Seattle neighborhoods. We are Certified Organic — proudly one of the few restaurants in the nation that can make this claim. We make all business decisions with the goal of having people, the planet and profitability in balance. Chaco is also the first café in the Seattle area that features a daily Raw Foods menu. Composed of fresh organic produce, nuts, seeds, spices and oils, our menu changes often and with the seasons. Always fresh and never pasteurized, our juices are prepared and juiced to order. Different from the ubiquitous corporate juice and smoothie chain, we offer 100% juice drinks without unhealthy, sugary fillers and dubious supplements. We work with Stumptown Coffee Roasters to find a seasonal offering that best suits the café’s atmosphere and its mission statement. Our drip and espresso are always organic, direct-trade, and absolutely delectable!
