Very rude staff. The teller wasn’t nice, and was giving dirty looks. He made up policies that doesn’t exist. Other tellers would be willing to help me out, but in this case the teller didn’t. He was very inconsiderate and rude. Felt like he didn’t want to work there. Chase definitely lost a customer for life.

Worst service ever. Rude workers and rampant incompetence. I’d give negative stars if an option. Tried to open a saving account and they completely repeatedly bungled the paperwork. Talked to the manager as well. Very rude. I recommend taking your business to any other chase location.

Never banking at this branch again. Rude manager. Poor customer service for myself and the woman in front of me. The man was so unprofessional he even eluded that the previous manager was probably let go for accommodating customers too often. Left the branch without finishing my transaction, went to the White Center branch where I received great service.

Came with the BFF to make a deposit yesterday. Service was friendly. They saw him quickly and made small talk with both of us. The line was short, and the tellers got through people fast. The bank was clean and organized.
Parking lot is huge!
The name of this location is misleading. It’s not in White Center, it’s in the Wedgewood Mall.
I don’t have an account with this bank, but based on the service, I would recommend them.
