Dear Chase Bank:
You have lied to me dogged my phone calls by transferring me everywhere except give answers.
You froze my account (checking) you allowed fraud to happen by b saying my husband called to cancel two bills we pay every month. You say it was given back to us to use no it wasn’t. You had no props it was my husband because you never verified the code on the account. Our bill Comcast had been paid till you let someone take those payments for may 2016 and June 2016. It was not your money it was classes money. Today 6÷27÷16 you promised to make it right you lied you again stole the money a second time. You close the account you won’t tell us why. We haven’t done anything wrong by law we Eben proved it with a police record number FBI is involved and so is attorney general of the united states.
I’m tired I’m physically Ill because of the stress from the last month. I have warned everyone i know to close their accounts because on the internet we are not your first victims, and you’re not insured according to the FDIC. So you tell me what I’m suppose to do now that you robbed me blind and won’t tell me why.
Also you have tried contracting me social media several times i do exactly what you ask your CSR’s are idiots because they don’t believe me. So until you do right by me in will continue my reviews everyday and try to file a lawsuit.

Evil

We recently moved to West Seattle and had great fear about losing our local bank where «everybody knew your name». Since we were near the junction of Admiral and California we looked at BOA, Wells Fargo, and Chase branches at that corner. Wells Fargo seemed down home friendly and went out of their way to be helpful but didn’t seem to back it up with professionalism. BOA, also friendly, admitted that they were in a remodeled coffee shop and didn’t have all services on site. Chase, as I expected, exuded efficient professionalism flavored with friendly. We opted for the latter in a bank.
On our second visit, two weeks later, everyone we had met on our first visit greeted us by name. One brought us the things we had called ahead about, completely prepared, gave them to us with a smile and asked if there was any other way she could help. We had planned 15 minutes to wait for someone who might help us and were instead on our way in 3 minutes smiling ourselves.
We next received a call asking if we were experiencing any problems with the online interface [we have a few grey hairs] and although we had none, had a talk that showed us a way to use it more efficiently.
Finally, they have a program which recognizes/​honors veterans with discounted services and extra help. I took them a copy of my discharge papers and was upgraded for free. It is easy to put a plastic ribbon on your trunk that says Honor the Troops. It is harder to go out of your way to do so.
So yes, they are Chase and all that means, but this branch has exceeded every expectation I had with a smile on their face that seems sincere.

There were a couple occasions where I tried to use my debit card and my card was denied. Of course I thought it was strange since I was positive I had the funds. I called the bank and they said it looked like there was «fraudulent usage» and blocked it.
Seems like the courteous thing to do would be to notify me directly,
Because A: I’d like to know if my card is being used w/​out my knowledge and B: to prevent looking like the fool at the cash register who doesn’t have money.
In any case– I miss WAMU.
I’ve switched banks.

It’s a Chase bank, you can put money in it, or take it out. I liked these when they were WAMU’s better.
