Choke came recommended from a friend and they certainly lived up to the expectations. In fact they went above and beyond to get a t-​shirt job turned around for me on a short timeline. The team was great. Jeff in particular helped me get everything in order. Worked with me to get the shirts I wanted and ensured the printing was done correctly. Our shirts turned out beautiful and we got them on time for a company event. I will definitely be returning to Choke for my future printing needs. If you EVER need tee shirts made… go to the place where the guy says «I cry inside a little every time someone orders a white tee shirt». Yes, white tee shirts are for amateurs!

Choke is great. Unbelievable really. They make great stuff, sell at great prices and run their business very reasonably. I have never seen anything but great customer service from the owners and staff. Highly recommend!

I work at an advertising agency and use Choke for all of my printing needs. I need high volume prints for events. The entire process was clearly explained to me and they are very personable and kind. They had a very clear approval process for design, t-​shirt, placement, etc. I feel very safe ordering from them.
I will continue to give them my business. They are the best printshop I have worked with.

I had Choke print me some work shirts. I asked for Beefy Ts and got a much lower quality shirt than I asked for.
So after I washed the shirts they are now belly shirts at best.
So thanks Choke for charging me $ 400.00 plus for shirts that couldn’t be used. And you guys never offered to make it right after I called and informed you of the problem. I had a company in Ballard to redo what I asked and paid you guys to do and they nailed it! @ a much cheaper price. So I recommend all you Unilocalers to beware and shop around 1^st before you jump in because of the great reviews!

Choke refunded my money after receiving the Tshirts back, and wrote a respectful letter in response. They amended the problem and stood by their work. All is well.

I worked with Choke most recently on shirts for our event. They were very responsive to all of my emails and we were able to easily place the order with no problems. The quality of the shirts is second to none… seriously some of the best screen printing I’ve seen. The colors were great and the ink stayed perfectly (we ran these shirts through an intense 26 hour challenge.)
I will be ordering all future shirts through Choke and will be recommending them to everyone who needs screen printing.

Generally a five star comes when everything is perfect, but sometimes the best reviews come when something does not go right as you find out what the company is really like.
Choke was easy to deal with, easy to understand pricing structure etc etc. When I picked up my order I took them to to the office and noticed the children’s shirts were missing. I called Choke and they took full responsibility, got me my shirts as fast as humanly possible and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure I was ok.
I appreciate that they cared enough to take responsibility and if they treat all transactions like this then this is the place to get your shirts printed.

I am the president of a local alumni association and was in need of a screen printing shop for custom t-​shirts. I was very impressed with their pricing, professionalism and quality. The coloring on these shirts turned out much bolder and cleaner than the previous screen printing company we had used.

I’ve made festival and event tees before, but I needed to get some hard-​working tees for the hard-​working men of a construction company. I explained how the last batch (printed elsewhere) faded after 2 washes and they came up with solutions, got the order done in record time and had SUPER good pricing.
I don’t think I’ll order from anyone else again!

I had a huge order that I needed to get done and didn’t give the Choke crew much time to turn it around, or the usual time that I give. They didn’t even sweat it and turned out quality work a day before I actually needed it.

If you need some shirts made, these are the guys to call.
I called Choke and they were nice, professional and fast with a bid. I called 3 other places and these guys were far superior. These are «Can do» guys.
I had 25 shirts made and it took less then a week and they look great.
Seriously, no need to call other screen printing shops.

No need for a long drawn out review… these guys are AWESOME! We use Choke T-​shirt Co. to print our t-​shirts for The Yellow Leaf Cupcake Co. Never a delay, quality is excellent, design ideas are spot on, and the guys are pretty damn cool.

Choke is the future of t-​shirts (hoodies, etc). A local small business making high-​quality products at very affordable prices.
I have three shirts and I wear the hell out of them. Like another reviewer said, they are very soft — like WAY soft. Couple that with great designs and you couldn’t ask for anything better.
I recommend going to the Fremont Sunday Market and buying from them there (because they are fun to chat with), but if you are too busy on the weekends like a lot of us, just buy on their site.

Okay, here’s what you need to do:
1) Wobble on down to the Fremont Sunday Market (The address above is just for their print shop)
2) Uncover the mysterious Choke Shirt Co booth (It’s really not that hard to find, I’m just making it sound elusive)
3) Say «hello/​hola/​bonjour» to Matt and Jeff (Though they might not understand the latter two)
4) Purchase an amazing hoodie for a mere $ 35 (Less money than an hour with a dirty hooker!)
5) Wear said piece of clothing and have friends, family, random strangers, pizza makers, priests, teachers, bartenders, police officers, and your mother compliment you on how amazing that new piece of apparel looks. (True story!)
But in all seriousness: Choke Shirt Co kicks some ass. They make some rad designs, slap them on the softest-friggin’-hoodies-EVER (of the American Apparel kind) and then practically give them away for thirty-​five dollars. Now you are more than welcome to give their t-​shirts, polos, scarves — even baby clothes — a try… I’m just particularly enamoured with the hoodies. So much that I purchased some for the whole family! Really!
The guys that run this little shindig are super nice and are even able to accommodate a custom shirt color if one desires. Plenty of choices to choose from at their booth, but if you are completely anti-​social and hide under a rock — they offer the convenience of online ordering to boot.
Moral of the story: If you want to look as good as I do AND have attractive people remark at the softness of your clothing when they «accidentally» graze your arm — then follow the steps above, rinse, and repeat.
