The moral sinkhole Jim Reppond actually had the balls to call me, because apparently sending a terrible letter wasn’t sufficient. So I let him know how much of a horrible person he is.
If the seller’s market in Seattle is so bad that real estate agents have to try drumming up estate sales, it might be a good time to buy. More likely, these rats are so incompetent at their jobs that the only way they can get a sale is if they con a poor widow or widower into it. Stay away, if you value your soul.

We can’t say enough positive things about your broker, Jason Hull. Smart, thurough, knowledgeable, precise, punctual, thoughtful and kind! He guided us through our move with humor and sincerity We moved a distance from Seattle and Jason cordially met us there several times throughout the purchase process. We are now happily unpacked and enjoying our new home with pleasant memories of our relocation procedures.
