After completing my internship working at Seattle Counseling Services I opened my private practice in Seattle’s Madison Valley neighborhood in 2009.

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and certified co-​active professional coach (CCPC).

I received my education and training through Bastyr University and Coaches Training Institute.

I have additional training focusing on couples counseling and relationship health through the Gottman Institute and International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).
