I recently was looking for a house in-​city Seattle, which right now was almost impossible to do with my budget. This was also my first house hunting experience and not fully prepared/​didnt know all the housing lingo. Tracy Serwould walked me through every step possible and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten the perfect fixer-​upper in Phinney Ridge. She was always available to fill out paper work with me, she even came to my work a couple times to fill things out and sign papers. She not only made sure everything was done properly but she made things fun! I highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a house in the future you absolutely will not be disappointed. Tracy is a honest, hardworking, and fun person to be around and doing business with her is even better!

I can’t really begin to explain how amazing Cooper Jacobs were to work with, specifically Courtney Cooper and Molly Cartwright. My wife and I were first time home buyers that were tired of renting. Not really knowing anything about the process involved, both physical and financial, we were extremely reluctant to jump in and make the move to buy for fear of making big mistakes. After searching the net for agents we came across CJs website, which is one of the most impressive for the business. We contacted them to find out where to start. One of the most amazing things to us was after speaking to one of their financial people for quite awhile, instead of trying to get us into something that we «may» have been able to afford just for the sake of doing it, they preached patience and truly helped us with some very good advice to get our financial picture in better shape so we could really get something that we wanted. This made the difference between pain and pure awesomeness when finally re-​approaching after a bit of time and we started hitting the street. Once that happened, Molly Cartwright was there for us in EVERY aspect of the game. We told her what we wanted, and she showed us multiple properties with those exact specs. No BS. Not just selling to sell, not trying to convince us that we ‘wanted this” but helping us to buy for our family and our future success as home-​buyers. In a VERY short period of time we found exactly what we wanted/​needed, and CJ took over and made our first home purchase about as easy as it could possibly be. They kind of became part of the family during this process (Molly even got my newborn son his favorite blanket well AFTER the whole shebang was done, so… much love there). They have become our real estate company for life. Local, honest… just good folks all around. We can’t wait until we’re ready to upgrade, because we know that CJ will make it fun and memorable. You absolutely cannot go wrong with these folks.
