Best dentist office ever visited. I had too take a double take office was amazingly designed. Dentist saved my trip visiting from New York he was able to fit me in on Saturday where my situation called for a tooth removal. He is great with his hands felt no pain and very informative. When I return to Seattle going for a clean up loved his office.

Dr. Caden provides a one stop shop in a thoughtfully outfitted setting. Despite my being unprepaired and rushed during our first appointment the doctor patiently figured out my new dental insurance and took no issue with rescheduling for the following week. Aside from the welcoming environment and thought-​provoking conversation, patients also enjoy fair rates. Refreshingly, no additional procedures were pushed. Post Script, I’m not one to write reviews for dental appointments but this establishment is truly unique.

Love Dr. Ngo! He is the best dentist I have ever had and has treated my entire family for several years now. He is always available, professional, and caring. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and seems excited to enhance our dental health. There is never a wait as he does his own scheduling and my family has always benefitted from his focused and individual attention at every appointment.

Had great experience in my visit, dentist took time to explain things very well and he is truly honest compare to couple of dentists I had been to recently. I highly recommend him because as a patient I felt like his main concern was to give me best care possible.

Really enjoyed my visit which is saying allot as I usually hate going to the dentist. Dr Caden Ngo is very gentle kind and personable which helped me feel comfortable. He is very positive and pleasant and makes every effort to do impeccable work. He takes pride in his work space both inside the office and inside my mouth. He let me know the cost up front he did not do any unnecessary procedures, created a dental plan that met my needs. I could not be more pleased and I would highly recommend to anyone in search of excellent care. I also love just hanging out in the waiting room, i went early to watch cable and enjoy the space. You will never find a dental office more extraordinary then Creation Dentistry.

As an update to this — I’ve now discovered that he did something that is only reimbursed every 5 years, but it had to be re done, and insurance wouldn’t pay for it. This guy is a great antique collector, but I’m not sure if he actually has spend any time in an actual dentistry school.
stay AWAY.
This is a business to AVOID. This dentist does everything himself — there’s no receptionist, assistant, hygienist, whatever. When he needs help, he asks his temp to wander over and hold your mouth open. It’s never clear whether he’s working for your dental health or to maximize billing dollars.
After I went to another dentist with a proper receptionist, it turns out I have a growing cavity that is now huge, threatening the entire tooth. It didn’t turn up on x rays because the ones Creation sent over (after numerous requests from the answering service) are blurry and unworkable. So now, after having missed the cavity for over a year, it’s huge and the whole tooth may have to go.
It’s amateurish, unprofessional and probably dangerous — don’t set foot in this office. I did and am living to regret it.

Even after my appointment, I’m still trying to figure out whether Creation Dental is a museum, trading post, or truly a dental office? I say all the above – plus you wouldn’t know from the old warehouse building’s exterior! Animal skulls, hundreds of antiques and even a Jackalope cover the walls, ceiling and every other foot of space (witness the magic here:
)! The TV is set to the History Channel, a showcase features boxes of old toothpaste brands (
), and there was a fireplace releasing welcoming heat. I could sit in the waiting room for hours just checking out all the neat keepsakes and watching TV.
Dr. Ngo was quick to greet me and had the necessary first appointment paperwork joy awaiting my arrival in the waiting room. He’s a Jack-​of-​All-​Trades by balancing being both the receptionist and dentist. Before I knew it, I was in a room chatting away with him receiving my cleaning. He was very gentle, complimented my teeth on various occasions, and was thorough without being slow. Based on Unilocal pictures, website and comments, it appears he specializes in advanced procedures like restoring broken teeth, filling cavities, placing crowns, fitting dentures, root canals, and extracting teeth. Luckily I didn’t require any of these – although during my next appointment he’s going to file down a previous filling I have since it bothers me and breaks my floss. During the cleaning, Dr. Ngo also did a unique cleaning addition where he rubbed my gums and tongue with gauze to remove dead cells. He followed up with a deep rinse of water which was welcomed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ngo for his quality, exceptional care.

Is a good dentist! His personal approach and gentle dental process blew me away! For the first time in my life I was not frustrated go to the dentist. He did many crowns and fillings for me, all look & feel great! And I really like that he follows up.

I’ve seen Dr. Ngo 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years. In that time, I’ve only had excellent experiences. I’ve never before had a dentist be so hands on! A meticulous perfectionist is the perfect person to be self-​employed and working on your teeth! He allows himself to take as much time as he needs to make sure that the work he does in your mouth turns out perfect. What more could you want from your dentist? He’s open, honest and up-​front about his pricing, and he’s always been great about breaking down what’s most important and urgent vs. what could be helpful long run. I would recommend him to anybody. I wish I’d had met him sooner.

I have been to this office several times over the past couple years and had work done involving fillings and a crown. I found Dr. Ngo to be conscientious and meticulous. He has top-​notch equipment and materials. His office and style is a little different than the typical dental office, which I think might be good for those who feel uncomfortable in a typical dental office. It comes off as a bit eccentric to me, but the work was excellent. I did not feel that money was the primary motivator in his practice, but that he was interested in explaining the problems and treatment options in detail and giving his recommendations.

Our family has had fantastic experiences with Dr. Ngo. My husband and I have been through several dentists in Seattle and had not found one that was honest or thorough in the cleanings and follow work we needed. Dr. Ngo was extremely thorough, has a great office and very advanced equipment; my first appointment I found myself very relieved to have finally found someone who was on top of his field and cared for his patients. My husband went separately and had an equally great appointment; he had a very thorough exam and cleaning, did not feel rushed and was not pressured to have any further procedures done. We both needed cavities filled; some as we saw ourselves from the Xrays were pretty urgent and some could wait. We have a family and live on one income so obviously we need to prioritize what dental work needs to be done and what can wait. Dr. Ngo was awesome about basically rating each item and giving us an up front estimate of the cost. I’ve taken my kids to pediatric dentists and as I said earlier, have been to several in Seattle; no other dentist has been so thoughtful and honest as to the potential cost for future procedures. I will be taking my kids to him soon as well.

My husband and I have been patients at Creation Dentistry since 2008 and have received excellent care since our first visit with Dr. Ngo. We have found him to be highly knowledgeable and his office is well equipped with the latest dental technology. His staff is very helpful and friendly and we have come to enjoy our visits — something that cannot always be said about a dentist office! We have a 6-​month old and we intend to bring her to Dr. Ngo when her first baby teeth come in :)

After six months of regular visits, squeezed in at irregular hours to accommodate my crazy work schedule, I am pleased to say Dr. Caden has completed the ambitious project of restoring my teeth. Many fillings and several crowns later, my smile is beautiful, and for the first time in years, pain-​free. As a cash patient, I have been exceptionally well-​treated; Dr. Ngo was totally upfront with me from the start on the costs of procedures and the relative risks of having certain ones left undone. This understanding is a welcome change compared to the usual dismissive attitude I am given after a medical provider learns that they will not be receiving the premiums they might normally get from a client who is carrying insurance. I have been incredibly pleased with his level of professionalism, his courtesy, his sense of humor, and his attention to detail in every aspect of my treatment. My husband begins treatment at Creation Dentistry next week! I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking personalized, holistic dental care to give him a chance!

While Dr. Ngo is a decent dentist, I did not think his quality of care was exceptional, and he was not very gentle.
My concern is that he is more concerned with making money in questionable ways than practicing good dentistry.
I began as his patient in November. After a routine cleaning, he attempted to schedule a follow-​up cleaning… in DECEMBER, just a few weeks after my cleaning. When I asked «why?» he said «why not? your insurance will pay for it, since it’s still the same calendar year. It’s free!» From him, it may be additional revenue; but for a medical professional to advise unnecessary care just to pad their pockets is bad practice.
He also very strongly tried to get me to purchase a mouth guard from him ($ 500), brushing aside my questions about other options or providers.
Weeks after my cleaning, my insurance billed me $ 50 because he had reported the routine cleaning as a «deep cleaning», which isn’t covered by my plan. When I objected, he said (a) it was too late to change, and (b) this is how he bills all his patients.
A deep cleaning is a special, lengthy procedure. I had only asked for a regular cleaning, and the cleaning I received was no different from what any other dentist had given me.
He then tried to cut me a deal: how about he eats the cost if I agree to keep coming to him? Heck, no! If the cost was unjustified to start with, then he shouldn’t bill it. Otherwise, does he think he can bribe me to stay? Eww.
Dr. Ngo has a variety of tricks to line his pockets. I can’t trust him if I believe he puts his bank account ahead of patient interests. Hence the one-​star review, which I hope is a warning to others.
Other reviewers rave about how beautiful his office is — and it is really nice. But how do you think he affords all that?
Go to a dentist who cares about you, not one who is just out to make money with questionable practices and billing.

This dentist and office are amazing. I’ve gone three times now to see Dr. Ngo. He is very gentle and at my last visit, I had to get three fillings and literally nearly fell asleep, which has never happened to me before. I do have a bit of a dentist/​dental work phobia, but I’ve felt very relaxed when at this office. It is absolutely GORGEOUS inside. Dr. Ngo worked on it and designed it all himself. It does not at all look like your typical dentist office, which is part of what attracted me to this office. He is very informative and educational about how things work and why you may need a certain service. He is very passionate about his work and it really shows. The receptionist is also very nice and friendly as well. I would recommend this office to anyone I know. Go see Dr. Ngo if you need a new dentist!

I feel so comfortable with Dr. Caden Ngo! His office suite is beautiful even though the building is plain on outside. He is extremely patient. He answered all of my questions (including education questions: Univ of Washington Dental School) with an upbeat and positive personality. He is extremely meticulous and perceptive. More importantly, once he finished the procedure (crown) my pain was gone! I’ve told all my friends about him.
