As a non profit we did not have an enormous budget yet Clea and Clayton worked with us to have awesome lighting for an event in our warehouse space. They know their stuff and are diligent and hardworking. I can not sing their praises loud enough and would give many more Unilocal stars if I could. Contract them, you won’t be dissappointed.

I’ve participated in several events where Crimson Haze provided the lighting and agree with everyone else in the world that they really are the very best in Seattle. Clayton and Clea have amazing design sense, top of the line gear, and go the extra mile to bring the look and feel of your event to a level that you just aren’t going to get anywhere else. I’d only recommend working with someone else if they’re booked. Whether you’re looking for professional, fancy, or fun, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.

Crimson Haze was absolutely AWESOME to work with! I threw a large event in Georgetown and wanted to include a low lying dry ice fog, which is something we could not have done ourselves… Clea and her crew were up for the challenge! They helped take our event to the next level! For event special effects, they should be a GO TO! I look forward to working with them in the future!

We worked with Crimson Haze on Event Lighting Production at the Fremont Foundry for a school auction and our experience was fantastic! Clea at Crimson Haze was very responsive, incredibly flexible in helping us shape the plan for our event and very responsive to our needs. On the night of the event, Clea and Clayton were incredibly meticulous in making sure everything exceeded our expectations. When we hit a few snags in our plan, they quickly offered alternate options on the fly and even provided extra service at no cost — which is huge for a non-​profit like ours. I HIGHLY recommend Crimson Haze for your event lighting needs, you won’t be disappointed!

Crimson Haze did lighting design for The PNW Chapter of the Retail Design Institute’s Psychedelic Summer Party. Their creativity set the ’60’s vibe that we were after and created the perfect atmosphere.

Holy heck — don’t you DARE consider hosting an event without the Crimson Haze crew! I hosted a 700 person party at a gorgeous industrial space last night in Seattle and without the proper lighting, even the prettiest venues can’t save your space.
When it comes to lighting it’s not just about making a room glow in color or having special lighted areas or fog machines, etc. Even the most basic uplighting can make a venue bright and beautiful after the sun goes down. And that’s where I’ll be eternally grateful to this company! The party ended just after sunset and so natural light was on its way out about halfway through.
But more than that, they had the expertise to suggest different styles of lighting to really show off what they do best, while also showing off the space. Which isn’t just setting lights up to brighten a space, but also setting up lights to set the mood and tone of an event. This included various lighting effects, colored lights, and more. I was absolutely stunned with how transformed the space was because of something seemingly so simple. And that’s just it — it’s NOT simple at all! They’re such pros and experts that my event literally could not have been pulled out without them.
I arrived onsite to set up about 5.5 hrs before the event. Plenty of time to set tables, set out linens, etc. But you know who was there before me? Crimson Haze! They were early, they stayed late, they adjusted, re-​adjusted, and made everything perfect. Even when I threw in a couple of speed bumps and made last minute changes at the event. They were professional, kind, generous, and talented. I just can’t say enough about how grateful I am that they were there.
More than planning events for a living, I’m planning my own wedding soon, too. I’ll definitely be giving them a call back to help with that event as well.

Crimson Haze did lighting services to our non-​profit event at FRED Wildlife Refuge and they were amazing. They put together a very detailed lighting plan for our event and it turned out magnificently! I have worked with Crimson Haze on several events, and they win by every measure. They have the right equipment for the job, no matter how small or big. They are absolute professionals. If they say they are going to do it, then they do it, and they do it right.

We used Crimson Haze for our daughters Bat Mitzvah and they were great. It made the room go from being very cool to amazing. The lazers, black light, and fog machine were so much fun for the adults and kids. Clea and the gang where excellent and were on sight the whole time of the event. Bright enough for the old folks to get around, dim enough for the young folks to get crazy on the dance floor, and the spot lighting was flawless.
