We hired them last year and they did a fantastic job. Not sure what else to say, but we are planning on hiring them again this year. Eric showed up on time, cleaned our gutters, cleaned all the windows and applied the anti-​moss treatment. All for a reasonable cost.

We’ve used them for window cleaning for 3 years. They do a top-​notch job even on our tough house, it’s three floors built into a hill. I enjoy having them come, as they’re really nice guys, detail-​oriented, thorough and efficient.
The result is beautifully clear windows and skylights. I recommend them very highly.

Eric has been cleaning my windows for about 3 or 4 years now and I am always left with crystal clean windows that are free of streaks. He is super speedy and reasonably priced. I live on a slight hill, but it’s enough of a slope to make it tricky to get on a ladder, and that was not a challenge for him, nor was it a challenge to clean my original 1909 windows with twelve small panes of glass in one window. I have also had him clean my gutters before and he did a great job, as well.

We just had our 3 story townhome cleaned by Gustavo and he did a great job! Eric provided the estimate over e-​mail and the combination of the Google Earth/​Window Sizes, he was right on the money with the estimate. Gustavo arrived a little early, was very polite, and great to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows cleaned. We were just happy to get in over the summer since that is a busy time for window cleaners in Seattle and only had to wait a week from the date of the estimate to the actual cleaning.

Let me start out by saying I had to reschedule twice due to work craziness, but each time it they were super accommodating, fast to respond and courteous. My windows and screens were cleaned earlier this week and look fantastic. The work was fast and thorough… maybe too thorough as a bird flew into my dining room window literally minutes after it was completed. Thankfully both bird and window are ok.

Gustavo and Eric really went the extra mile and we are happy to recommend them to everyone we know. Eric gave us an accurate quote over the phone using Google Street view, which impressed me. Gustavo was right on time. He’s a really nice guy and our windows look great.

Selected this company after reading the many positive Unilocal reviews. Had a decent experience overall but a few hiccups I thought you should be aware of. Firstly, the quote provided was under by about $ 150 – 200. I don’t know exactly why — the invoice didn’t have any explanation on it. Secondly, the employee showed up an hour late, which generally wouldn’t be a big deal but when you call off work expecting someone to be there it is a bit frustrating. We tried calling and emailing for a status update and nobody responded to our messages. Fortunately they eventually showed up. The final thing was that my check for the services wasn’t cashed until 2 months after I mailed it in with the invoice. I completely forgot about it and fortunately had enough in my bank account to cover it, but I could see how that might be an issue for someone else.

I’ve never had my windows professionally (or otherwise) cleaned before. So I did not know quite what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by Crystal Green – not only by the very reasonable price ($ 100) for many windows (exterior) on a 4 story townhouse (including 2 skylights) but also by the level of professionalism shown by Eric (the owner?). Eric was quickly responsive to my initial call. He was actually able to give me an estimate while I was away from home. The overall quality of the work was excellent. There were a few missed spots (there was a new guy in the crew) and they forgot about the skylights (minus 1 star for that). But they were more than willing to rectify this issue when I brought it up. For the amount of money I paid relative to the amount and overall quality of the work, it was a bargain.

When you see this many 5 star reviews for a window washer in Seattle you know you’re getting a quality service that can be trusted to do a great job at a fair price.

We had a great experience with Eric recently — they did a good job overall — fast, quiet & efficient as the previous reviewer put it. an extra ½ star for great after service — they had forgotten one window (we do have lots in our house to be fair) so when i wrote him that night, he was there the next day & promptly cleaned it up!

They did a good job and showed care cleaning my windows and not getting anything wet inside the house. I’d have them back in a minute. He used green cleaning products and was honest and smart. Lives in Magnolia so it’s an easy choice for me to hire locally.

We used Eric to clean gutters on our house and garage a few months back. We have a fairly large home with some complicated gutters so I was worried it might be a tricky job to get right. That said, not only was his quote very reasonable, but he showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, and did a fantastic job. In fact, a much better job than the past few gutter cleaners we have used. We will use him again in the future (perhaps for window cleaning next time.

I’m always a little nervous to go solely by reviews online – so I took a few bids when it was time to clean the windows on our new house and our out-​building.
Eric is straightforward and honest. His prices are extremely competitive and best of all he does amazing work!
His attention to detail was much appreciated. I didn’t mention to him that the wood around our windows was salvaged, delicate and would be very difficult to replace – but found that he took the *greatest* care with them even so.
The windows look amazing amazing now. On top of it all, he is very professional and seems like a really decent human being.

Our poor bungalow was in dire need of window cleaning after years of neglect. Eric did a fantastic job, was fast and tidy, and persevered through freezing temperatures to get the job done. Overall: A small local business, with excellent service and care
We desperately needed to have our gutters cleaned, but with us being the procrastination King & Queen of the Pacific NorthWest, it has taken us a while to get it sorted.
I found Crystal Green Window Cleaning through the reviews of other Unilocalers and decided to try them for myself. They clean gutters as well as windows (inside and out) at very reasonable prices.
Eric can give you an ONLINE quote with the exchange of a few pieces of information. He quoted us $ 125 for gutter cleaning and $ 125 for exterior window cleaning of 35 windows on a 3-​storey house.
We opted just for the gutter cleaning this time around. Eric was friendly and was on time, then worked away for 1 hour and 45 minutes!
The best part is that you don’t have to be in when Eric calls, he can just invoice you later — however, since I was in, I decided to pay him there and then! We will definitely be calling him again next year for the window and gutter cleaning!

Let me just start by saying that Eric Green is phenomenal find! He is simply the most detail orientd window washer I have seen ever! I have used window washers in my business for 8 years, and in other businesses for 20. Eric is the first one I have seen who is efficient, very quick and productive the entire time, and his work is exceptional. I am very critical and detail oriented, and expect that others work be that way also. I could not find one area to critique Eric on. He got every spot on every window on the inside and outside, and our mirrors. He left no streaks, cleaned up all the drips, and even removed cleaned and replaced all the screens as well! He was so quick I was anstonished at his efficiencey. The most amazing part is that he is a «green» cleaning service. So no chemicals!
There is simply no better place to go for window washing. Eric Green is your man. His prices are very affordable, and he definately could be charging double for the value of his services…
I will not go anywhere else, and am now a very happy and loyal regular customer…
