David O Defense PLLC was established in 2008 and is located in the Belltown neighborhood of downtown Seattle. In 2012, DUI and criminal defense attorney Christopher Choe joined David O Defense. Our defense attorneys are sincerely dedicated to fight for client’s rights, relieve client stress and anxiety, and provide peace of mind. I have dedicated my whole legal career to DUI and criminal defense because I love helping people. I believe it is a privilege to practice law and even more so when someone has asked me to help them get through their tough case. I have an aggressive and innovative approach to the interpretation of criminal and DUI laws in Washington State. I work hard to get cases reduced or dismissed for each and every client!

I am rated 10.0 on AVVO and was voted a 2010 Rising Star from Washington Law and Politics. I am active in the legal community and currently serve as a board member for the Korean American Bar Association.
