I always dread going into these stores. I must say I had a great experience because of one of your employees, Anthony. He was patient, kind, and very friendly. I will be back. I would encourage anyone to ask for him. He was the most knowledgable person in the store and had the best people skills ever. I was in the store for over an hour and was able to watch the other associates interact with other clients. Thanks for the great service Anthony!

I worked with a man named Anthony, who provided stellar customer service and was extremely detail-​oriented. I bought an iPad for my boss, who was heading out of the country the next morning, and I needed the iPad to work perfectly. Anthony was really great; I recommend dealing with him, and I certainly will in the future.

Dishonest salesman put insurance on my contract, after I expressly told him I did NOT want it (I also mentioned I was in a hurry, which let him know he could sneak extra items onto my contract without my noticing). Under new management now so maybe the service will improve

In summary — these guys are not honest.
I went in to upgrade my phone; they were busy. There were 3 people there and 3 salesmen. I waited 15 minutes, they said someone would be right with me; I waited some more. The long wait time (and the fact that I was in a rush) is not their fault, but it is not promising for the average customer.
When a salesman finally popped up some time, I asked the salesman to lay out my options. I wanted a phone whose sim card pops out; I wanted a reasonable smartphone; I wanted to know how much these phones would cost.
The salesman recommended the Samsung Galaxy S5; I asked how much it would cost. He asked if I was using an upgrade, and I said yes. He said it would cost $ 30.
The salesman passed me off to another salesman — who told me he couldn’t access my account! This Verizon store is not a part of Verizon, but rather has a subcontractor-​type relationship. He needed my father’s social security number in order to upgrade my phone. Turns out, I waited for 30 minutes in order to be told a) that upgrading my phone to the Galaxy S5 would cost $ 30, and that b) I should go to an actual Verizon store to get service.
What a waste of time.
I went to the actual Verizon store, where they told me that a) upgrading my phone to the Galaxy S5 would cost a $ 30 upgrade fee, plus $ 150 for the phone, minus a $ 50 mail-​in rebate. I was shocked at the price difference!
I called this branch back and asked them how much upgrading my phone would cost at this branch. They said — no, it wasn’t going to cost $ 30, it was going to cost at $ 30 upgrade fee, plus $ 250 for the phone, minus a $ 150 mail-​in rebate. They had lied to me when I first asked about the prices, deliberately hiding the actual cost of the phone! They had let me walk out of the store thinking that their costs were much cheaper than their competitors.
The service here is slow, and the salesmen are seriously dishonest. Stay away; go to an actual Verizon store.

These guys are the best! Every time I go in there, they give me deals and work things so I come out on top, and they do the math to prove it. I would definitely recommend you go anytime you need wireless help with Verizon.

These guys are scumbags. I got a new phone in September. I did my research beforehand and picked one up with a $ 50 rebate and upped my contract since it was time. The service should have ended there.
Instead they told me I could have a free hotspot device that would allow me to access wireless anytime from my cellphone. I asked multiple times about the cost and any charges associated with it. They assured me time and time again that if I didn’t use it, I would not be charged for any service. Obviously these hot spot devices use up data really quickly so if I did use it would eat it up, but I thought it would be a good idea in case of emergency and I lost electricity I could still use my laptop for whatever my phone couldn’t handle. I had no intention of ever using this device and risking heavy data fees if I didn’t have to. Plus, they insisted it was a bonus for renewing my contract.
I paid no money up front and since it was my mom’s auto-​pay account that I don’t access, no one ever noticed the $ 20 a month they have been charging us since SEPTEMBER!
The sales person, Terrance Rugg, and his manager David Vu deserve to be fired for the fraudulent sales practices they used on me and I hope this review discourages anyone from patronizing Diamond Wireless and just dealing with Verizon directly.

Nicest and most normal people I have ever met working for Verizon. Andrew, in particular, is extremely nice and helpful. He talked to me about plan options and prices in a way that was understandable. I feel it is a rare occurrence when I walk into a cell store and don’t get the sleaze all over me. But this place was excellent. So excellent that I’m frickin’ Unilocaling about it. And Andrew. Love Andrew.

These guys have been really good to me. Absolutely fantastic service. I purchased my new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 here last fall and they were really knowledgeable in helping me make the selection. Not to mention the Diamond Wireless insurance program far surpasses the one Verizon offers. They cover nearly every issue (loss, damage, theft) and a brand new replacement is available immediately for just $ 100 (up to two replacements per year).
In particular, Ted has been excellent to work with and was able to work with me when my phone got cracked and I needed a replacement. Even through initial growing pains with the phone, Ted was able to give me helpful guidance and ensure my transition from iPhone to Android was as seamless as possible.
Management is just as good. I’ve dealt with Terence on a number of occasions and he is genuinely motivated at helping his customers get the service they need. Really helpful.
Overall, great, service-​oriented, and knowledgeable bunch who made my latest phone buying /​troubleshooting /​and ultimate insurance-​replacement a breeze. Thanks guys!

Have been visiting local Diamond stores for some time now. They are always extremely helpful and bend over backwards to make me happy. The compassion and professionalism I receive when there is always astounding. A+ all the way. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Love my new smart phone and hotspot! Got the package that keeps me connected whenever and wherever I go!

I have time to write this review of Verizon Wireless’ service because I am waiting for the PAINFULLY SLOW internet download to deliver my Netflix movie. If you like to watch streaming movies, be sure to stay away from Verizon Wireless.

Bought some accessories at another vw store and the guy here wouldn’t let me exchange them here. Crap service.

Verizon’s website lists this store as a «Premium» authorized retailer, which I’m guessing means they can do almost everything a company store can do. The customer service here was helpful with a question I had about smart phones. Problem is, he was not as knowledgeable as the company store agents, and the selection seemed smaller, too. So unless you just have a service issue, or you’re in a hurry, you might be better off visiting the Verizon company store on 6^th and Stewart.
