First off, there are several ways you can be a complete failure at life or simply be a hot trash pile not worth taking a shyte on:
1) Smoke a bowl, drink the night before class, and/​or do drugs with needles every day before class starts
3) Don’t take your success and future seriously
4) Be a tird and write a shitty review about a school you failed to complete like the trash pile that gave this school one star in 2009…
Now that we have those points out of the way explaining what not to do if you want to successfully complete the program… I can now proceed to explain WHY I’m giving this program, the staff, and what you learn here 5 stars.
An important point to make:
You will have a hard time at this school if you take everything/​anything personally. For example, if a class mate calls you pigpen, trash can, redfern, or porn stash and your feelings get hurt… don’t ever apply to this school b/​c you will not last the 7 months.
The staff is awesome. Each instructor is different and has a ton to teach you from their personal experience. It’s obvious they know what they teach due to the stories they pass onto you in addition to the material you learn. Each teacher has a different way of teaching… if you don’t like a teacher, too damn bad… just STFU and listen to them. If you think you know more than them… you suck at life and should do a face palm on a steak knife.
The program itself will get you a basis of knowledge and personal experience upon which you build not only yourself, but your experience. You will have a lot to learn out of school so make sure you go into your first job with a teachable/​beginner attitude. If you listen to each teacher and take the course seriously, you will be fine following your graduation. If you jerk off the whole time, don’t be surprised if you flunk out. The teachers not only grade on your performance in class, but they also watch what you do while tending, diving, etc.
Again what you learn from this program is very diverse, which means when you get your first job, you may or may not do everything you learned. Get your top 5 or so companies that you want to work for whether it be inland or offshore. The course isn’t easy, but it also isn’t hard if you actually apply yourself. Remember that!
I wish you, the person reading this review, the best of luck… and please for your own sake ignore the one star from that heaping pile of crap. He has sand in his vagina after not completing the course due to his own lack of responsibility and good judgment.
IMPORTANT: If you are looking at schools that require you to travel to that location, this school is the be best damn school there is in the field. It’s worth it!

When I went to the school the staff was extremely helpful. Safety was always a priority from the day you started physics all the way to deep dives. They constantly ensure that you have the skills needed for diving by assigning homework every single module.
As for equipment they only provide dive helmets and bailout tanks other than that though you’ll have to provide everything else.
If you are already scuba certified than scuba phase will be a breeze but once you’re down there with a hat it’s a totally different animal but I enjoyed it non the less.
One thing I noticed about the school is that they push the offshore aspect of diving a lot more than inland but that shouldn’t deter you from thinking about this school. They give you not only underwater skills but also shop skills such as welding, burning, cutting, grinding and etc…
Overall a great school, just make sure to arrive early for parking.

Terrible, terrible school. I would seriously consider any other school before deciding on attending this school. They claim to be the best in the business, however in my opinion they are far from it. Safety is a huge issue in commercial diving and is something that is gravely overlooked here. The dive hats are frequently in a state of disrepair, they dont breathe right, they are damaged and older than most students, yet students are still forced to dive the hats. There have been several instances where a students bail-​out bottle will be leaking at the first stage or at the hose and the instructor will overlook the issue stating that its just fine since they are only diving in 20 feet of water. The campus is in a serious state of disrepair and students are treated poorly. If you value an institution that promotes safety and safe diving practices please reconsider your choice in commercial diving institutions.
