Doody Free Seattle is a dog feces removal service — yes, we’re pooper scoopers! We cover the Seattle and South End area, and now also cover Renton, Newcastle, the Factoria area and Mercer Island.

What we do: we come to you, scoop up after your dogs, and haul the poo away with us. Regular service can be twice a week, weekly, twice a month, monthly — whatever works best for you.

We also can do one-​time cleanings for commercial or public spaces, for move-​ins or move-​outs, for special events, or whatever your need.

History

Established in 2009.

As with many of my friends and past coworkers I found myself a casualty of one of the rounds of layoffs that came with the economy dip.

Thus, Doody Free Seattle was born.

By calling Doody Free you’re supporting your local community and economy, and are helping your yard, your dog, and the local watershed be more healthy.

I enjoy being outside, rain or shine — which is lucky since this is Seattle. What that means for you is that I won’t cancel a service day just because its rainy out. Dogs still go in the yard even in the wet season.

In the past I’ve worked as a home inspector, and have also cleaned houses. This means I’ve got experience going into people’s yards and homes to work while being respectful of their space and property.

I love dogs; I have two of my own.

I look forward to meeting you and your dogs, and to helping keep your yard clean, which results in a healthier yard and healthier local watershed!
