Do not hire OLAF. He is unreliable. Costs you and will rip you off. Starts a project and never finishes it. Buys the wrong materials. Is not a good home inspector either. Did not impress any realtor I have spoken with. Will talk more than he works and charge you for the time. His work is not up to code either. Beware.
