I was born to cook… by Eric Bauer

I love the challenge of catering.

12 parties in a day? Brig it on. at the end of the day, the important thing (and this is where most fail) is to take the time to conceptualize a dish or a menu. How do I want the food to look, feel, and taste?

Last minute changes are also rewarding. when a client calls and asks if we can add a particular food to their menu that very same day,

I’m all for it. Dietary restrictions? Not a problem. I’ll make a pastry for a vegan with a gluten and nut allergy. That’s what I want to do…

Cater to people’s needs.

I was born to do this. Creating art though food is not my occupation.

It’s my passion. I want to share this passion for food with you.
