Recently worked with Eller Law Firm on an eviction for a rental property of mine.
The fees were up front and reasonable. There were no surprise fees at any point in the process. I knew what I was paying for and what I was getting at all times.
I have never done an eviction before, so I can’t compare with others. Eviction is not a fast process by design but Eller made things happen on schedule without unnecessary delays.
In the end I got the eviction and a judgment in my favor, and I would use Eller again if I needed to. I hope I never need to of course :)
