Based out of West Seattle, we proudly serve the greater Seattle area. We are willing to travel from Shoreline to Renton. Further travel may be accommodated depending on available personnel.

Our insured technicians accept cash and all major credit cards. We do Lock-​outs (car, home, mailbox), Residential Rekey, Lock Install (w/​pre-​cut holes), Lock Install (w/​o cut holes), and Service Calls.

Robel came and rekeyed my locks at 10 pm on a Friday night after my home was broken into. It was very reassuring to have someone come out the same evening. He was prompt, very friendly and got the work done quickly. Super nice guy, highly recommended!

Was doing a little soul searching trying to figure out who to get to fix my doors. Finally decided on Emerald City Lock & Key and was very happy with the result. I had lock problems on metal doors and thought I might have trouble getting them either fixed or replaced. The fact that the doors were not working was becoming an increasing major headache and I needed the problem handled. Robel set the appointment for the next day and got the job done quickly and efficiently, He was very easy to talk with, and genuinely interested in helping me… something it seems like I have not run into for a while with all this corporate we don’t care now-​a-​days. Needless to say he earned my future business,
