Empanadas in Seattle and More

Very good quality and service! I really like the meat and jamon y queso.
The little rogel is very tasty. Almost like the empanadas I eat in buenos aires

5 stars for Seattle Empanadas
3.5 stars compared to the many I shoved in my face recently in Miami. So i’ll average this out with 4 stars.
Cuz yeah, these are hella good. My partner in crime may complain about the authenticity of some of their flavors (spinach and cheese, potato and beef, etc), but I don’t give a flying fffff… these things are SO TASTY. Especially the two previously mentioned. I really had a thing going for the spinach ones. The dough is spot on, and even though the cubanos looked more like a Jamaican patty to me the flavors were tasty indeed.
I intend on trying all the flavors — even the ones with ham *gasp* So perhaps in time these guys will just be 5 stars cuz it is the best that I can get in town without making them myself.

Seattle Empanadas on street wheels, first time I tried them at the Underground Market. The second time, I had the pleasure of stuffing my face at my friend’s birthday party Shanksgiving theme.
Many crispy moons of flavors like ham + cheese, spinach + cheese, beef + potato, and chicken mixture. The crust was nicely crispy and flaky and stuff with yummy goodness. My favorite was the chicken one because it had the best flavor combination and the crust was the best… maybe more egg glaze?
My gripe that some of the empanadas didn’t have much filling but had no problem with the chicken one so that is why I only gave four stars not five.
I think Seattle Empanadas and La Isla are the best in town for Empanadas. So go find them or get them to make some tasty empanadas for your next party!

Yum. Soooo Yum! Had the beef, wanted to have them all.
Tried them out at the Underground Market, now I’m going to be all up in their shiz-​nit looking for more pockets of goodness…
They had pumpkin/​sage ones (I believe, or did I dream that) that sounded so good but sadly, I went around and ended up here after eating too much and one was all I could do.
The crust was perfectly toasted, with a great egg glaze but not too sticky, and the filling was hearty, with olives and spices that were big enough to see.
Oh yes, little empanada, get in my mouth… you’ll like it there.
