I recently decided to start playing the flute again after a 10-year hiatus, but unfortunately, I noticed that my flute was in really bad shape and borderline unplayable. I’ve had my flute for over 15 years, but I never got it professionally cleaned or maintained it properly… I found out about Mr. Eppler online and contacted him about getting my flute repaired. He got back to me immediately, and instead of shaming me for not taking care of my flute properly, he congratulated me on picking up playing the flute again. He and his assistant, James, who are both really friendly, worked on my flute over the weekend and fixed it up within a couple of days. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to turn it around, and how great my flute sounds now. Originally, it had so many problems including 6 big leaks and 5 bent keys, but It now plays better than when I first bought the flute. We are really lucky to have a professional like Mr. Eppler in the Seattle area! I would recommend him to anyone. I am SO excited to start playing the flute again!

I am a neophyte flute player. I purchased a flute from a recognized reputable flute maker, arrived on time, beautiful with one serious problem that I did not recognize due to my lack of experience. My flute teacher noted that I could not get the high and low notes. She diagnosed major leaking and recommended Mr Eppler. He took my flute and virtually rebuilt it! Now my flute is working wonderfully, sounds beautiful and plays easily. I could not be more pleased! My instrument will be serviced exclusively by Mr Eppler and his very able, amiable assistant James.
