Established in 2008.
Excellence Health and Fitness was founded in 2008 with the intention of creating a holistic training facility that could improve lives no matter where their health/athletic level are. We have always felt that you could not have fitness without health nor health without fitness, and we felt obligated to bring the two together. We understood that we needed a team of dedicated professionals willing to work with each other in order to have the knowledge base that would create flawless plans for individuals receiving our services. Slowly we added more and more services to achieve this philosophy and today we offer: Fitness/Personal Training, Chiropractic/Physiotherapy, Nutritional Therapy and Detox Programs, Massage, Acupuncture, Cross Fit, Yoga, and Group Classes.

My involvement in competitive snowboarding brought me to the world of health and fitness. Through my experiences in this sport I have learned the importance of flexibility, strength, endurance, and the energy that comes through proper nutrition.
This lead me to Ashmead College were I attended their Fitness and Exercise Program. With my college degree I was able to obtain certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Understanding that 70%-90% of all health goals are achieved by proper nutritional habits, I continued my search for knowledge by attending the Nutritional Therapy Association. This program taught me the importance of real food and proper digestive function.
My passion is in helping people towards their goals by adjusting their nutritional habits for the unique bio-individuality.
My focus: core strength, posture, muscle balance, strength gains and fat loss.
